This architect's house, spacious, ground floor (not rented floor or busy) south facing and not overlooked terrace and large garden, closed on 800 m2, ideal for lovers of the sea and the wide open spaces.

Located in the nature park in Pors-Carn, 200 m from the dunes and the beautiful sandy beach (supervised in July / August with access for people with reduced mobility).

Addicts winter sports enthusiasts will find the spot of the Torch (international competitions).

Walkers and bikers will love browse the coast by the GR34.

Lovers of birds and pictures will be seduced by the reserve behind the house (swans, herons, spoonbills ...)

And if you are hungry: seafood platters, fish, pancakes,

the kouign amann, Breton cake will delight your palate.

TV lounge, piano and fireplace.

Fully equipped kitchen and large dining area with TV.

Large laundry room with washer and dryer, and the place to store equipment and surf beach.

Corner bath with large vanity and toilet.

3 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, new bedding.

1 bathroom including shower (1m10 x 1m20) with seat, toilet, towel dryer, hair dryer.

Fantastic modern villa in quiet location

Wonderful spacious villa with everthing you could possibly require.The decoration is superb and immaculately clean.The patio area and gardens are large and perfect to eat alfresco or relax out in the sun on the ample supply of outdoor furniture A ten minute walk down a lane and through the sand dunes to the lovely unspoilt beach.The headland of la torche with bunkers from the war and the famous surf break is not to be missed and five minutes by car or a thirty minute walk.The area around has fishing ports,golden beaches, quiet countryside roads on which we cycled for miles and wonderful food in the local resteraunts.The owners of the property were lovely people and so very helpfull,a pleasure to meet them.The people of brittany were so welcoming and friendly where ever we went and patient with our limited french.

A fantastic two weeks in comfort in a great part of brittany and we can not wait to return for another hoilday.Many sincere thanks to Mr and mrs stephan for there welcome and trouble free holiday,hope to meet you again

Des vacances au calme dans un bel environnement en Bretagne

Aucun défaut, maison très pratique, lumineuse, très bien équipée, bien située , jardin immense et clôturé , très bon accueil de notre petite chienne, elle était attendue, propriétaires super sympathiques , bref j'y retournerai les yeux fermés

Wunderschöner Urlaub in einer perfekte Unterkunft

Wir haben hier einen der schönsten, wenn auch zu kurzen Aufenthalt in der Bretagne verbracht. Dieses Haus übertraf alle von uns bisher in der Bretagne gemieteten Häuser. Es ist großräumig, hell, sehr sauber, wirklich vollständig ausgestattet und mit Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Möblierung, die hochwertige Küche und Geräte sind in top Zustand oder neuwertig. Hier fehl wirklich nichts, von der Bettwäsche bis zum Wifi alles perfekt! Wir wurden von der Vermieterin auf das herzlichste empfangen, die uns Unterstützung bei allen Fragen gab und auch immer erreichbar war. Kaum zu erwähnen, dass natürlich der gekühlte Cidre und frische Crêpes aus der Patisserie als Willkommensgruß für uns bereitgestellt waren. Das Haus mit großem top gepflegtem Garten liegt nur 200 m vom nächsten Stand entfernt. Hier kann man kilometerlange Spaziergänge unternehmen, aber auch Surfen oder Reiten usw. Überrascht hat uns das kulinarische Angebot das Penmarch und Umgebung auch außerhalb der Hauptsaison bietet. Besucht hatten wir, und empfehlenswert sind, Les Ondines, Les Rochers aber auch La Glacière direkt in Penmarch-Saint-Guénolé und Le Poisson d’Avril a Gulivinec.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison très bien équipée, spacieuse, et très confortable. Le jardin permet de profiter de l'extérieur sans vis à vis. La plage est très proche. Les environs immédiats permettent de faire plein d'activités : vélo, surf, footing, ballades, ..

Nous avons été accueillis avec bcp de gentillesse.

Bref une adresse à recommander.
