Fully fitted and furnished roomy home away from home. 2 BR 2 BA, LR, DR, King beds, 1 full main bath and 1 ensuite bathroom. Fenced back yard, bbq, washer/dryer, Smart Tvs, wi/fi central air, boogy boards. You can walk to everything, restaurants, stores, parks, Ron Jons, beach and more. Nice comfortable furnishings, and relaxing porches. Nicely landscaped. Ideal for families and pets. Close to dog park as well. Enjoy the surf and all the activities as people walk to the beach.

Great location, helpful manager

This property is in a great location, an easy walk along to Cocoa Beach pier and a fairly short drive to the Kennedy Space Centre. The property had easy parking, a good amount of space, and Monica left out some essentials so that we could make coffee and a snack when we arrived. The property is a little tired, but it was clean and well appointed. We initially had a few problems getting the TV to work but Monica was really helpful and the property manager was on hand really quickly to help us out too.

1 block off beach. Older property but very functional in the middle of being updated. Manager ver responsive and even told us that a nighttime launch was taking place. Went to the beach and had a great view. Quiet and close to everything. Showers great

When we first came to Florida, we knew that the SpaceCoast area was superior to the other areas for vacationers due to its location. It is such an easy ride to the theme parks while have the surf is what most come to Florida to experience. It maintains the small town atmosphere, while being a fun place to vacation.

I am sure you will enjoy your stay, whether it is relaxing on the porch, swing or hammock and watching the surfers walk by, or just enjoy the luxuries of having a home away from home.
