What makes this house unique

Beautiful patio views, especially when the sun sets behind the mountains. There is a petroglyph less than 100 yards away and fireworks displays are close during the holidays. Very comfortable bedding and all of the cooking utensils you can ask for. I even included a piano if anyone likes to play :)

Clean, comfortable home; great location for Spring Training in Peoria

Very nice, 3-bedroom home. We liked the architecture, the layout of the house, and the location. The rooms were adequate size and we were happy that the hall bath had two sinks. The house was clean and we were glad that there was a TV in all three bedrooms. It was nice to have access to the two-car garage. We were thankful that there were laundry facilities available, including laundry detergent (we discovered sheets and towels in the dryer when we used the laundry facilities). The kitchen was stocked with all the appliances, dishes, glasses, and utensils that we needed. We enjoyed the patio and the outdoor furniture. We did not have access to the TV service in the house on the first night of our stay. We informed the owners about the situation the morning of the second day. We did some troubleshooting and re-booted the router, which resolved the problem and had TV service for the rest of our stay. It might be helpful to notify future tenants that this situation could occur and what the fix would be. We were told that the garage door remote needed a battery. When we encountered issues with the garage door, we noticed that the safety sensors on the floor were not properly aligned. We aligned those sensors and subsequently had no trouble using the remote – it did not need batteries. We were also told that the lights in the hallway needed some work. When checking for a bulb in the fixture, we discovered that the hall lights were battery operated. We purchased batteries and put them in one of the hall lights and it worked fine. I suggest replacing the battery-operated fixtures with regular powered fixtures. The switches for those hall lights are still present, but obviously don’t work with the battery-operated fixtures – they only serve to confuse the tenants. If those lights are retained, tenants need to be told that the battery-operated lights are operated by touch, not switches. It would also be helpful if there were switched, overhead lights in the bedrooms. One bedroom had only a desk lamp, which was in a far corner of the room. In the dark, it was difficult to find your way to that lamp, esespecially early in our stay. We also thought that there might be too much furniture in the house. Specifically, the lounge chair in the dining area in the kitchen and the keyboard in the dining room were unnecessary. In summary, we enjoyed our stay at this house. The owners were very friendly and responsive. We would stay here again.

Very nice yard for the dogs

It is a nice house. Loved having the yard and pet door for the dogs and also the 2nd bathroom with 4 of us. My son loved the Xbox and the other board games there as well as the keyboard. Overall, a nice, quiet area. Thank you.

Comfortable property - dogs paradise

Property has easy access to I17 and 101 loop which is nice. Fenced backyard with large gas grill and patio seating was great as was puppy door for dogs. Plenty of supplies were appreciated. We found the beds comfortable. Owners were very responsive. We were concerned when we drove into the neighborhood through a trailer/mobile home area, but the street with this house was good. We felt living room furniture, while comfortable for 4 or 5, would be tight for more people. Plenty of dining seating.

Worth the stay.

This house was everything it showed on line with no surprises. The owners had everything available to us and made things easy. They had grass in the backyard for my dog and it made Tater very happy. We were able to walk a lot in the neighborhood. Everything worked inside including cable and internet. Would stay here again!!

What a gem! Perfect accommodations and location for our needs. The thought of getting 3 rooms at a cheap hotel had me up all night. I was fortunate to find this lovely house. Just the right size for me and my family during an unexpected stay in the area.

Many bike and hiking trails along mountain. Water park is less than 2 miles away. Deer valley airpark less than 3 miles from home. There are MANY nearby shopping outlets, awesome restaurants and golfing minutes away! This is a great north central location with easy access to local amenities.
