'As owner of this apartment, which I can recommend, I have prepared for own use. I decided to rent it at an affordable price and make you enjoy comfortable spacious, high standard and quality accommodation. It is bright and quiet. It is equipped with Air Conditioning 'Hot and Cold. 2 full bathrooms (one en suite). 2 bedrooms with double beds with mattresses Latex, with a spacious lounge room, very complete kitchen, Terrace and Balcony crystallized ensuring use with all types of weather. It’s located in a quiet residential area. Its garden is a golf course with 12 holes. 4 pools, 2 of them running throughout the year. One of them is precisely to the right side of Master bedroom balcony. A disposal is also 2 parking spaces. At 1.5 Kilometres around and affordable with the Bus or on foot are: the Beach, Parks, Puerto Marina, Selwo Marina, Tivoli World, supermarkets, etc. The Airport is at 20 minutes drive, Taxi or Train. The Train Station and the motorway A7 N-340 provide easy access to other wonderful Andalusia places. '

A Pleasant stay

A comfortable apartment in a mainly residential area about 5 minutes drive down to coast. The apartment has everything you would need and there are a couple of supermarkets within a few minutes drive. Pedro & Ana, the owners, are really friendly and helpful in the event of any problems or queries. Would recommend.

Accueil formidable par les propios Pedro y Ana (comme des amis). Appart tres propre et bien équipé avec vue sur teŕrain de golf et montagne. Balcon situé idealement a l'ombre dans l'apres midi. Ideal pour amateur de golf, situé dans un secteur tres tranquile et montagneux.

excellent séjour

Accueil chaleureux, l'appartement est magnifique, très bien agencé. Il est très spacieux et conforme en tout point à la description. La vue sur le golf et sur la piscine est très agréable. Si il est une ou deux choses qui manquaient ce seraient 2 bols en plus et une cloche pour le micro-onde pour ne pas le salir.

Le seul hic a été le chien de la voisine qui n'arrête pas d'aboyer, mais je l'ai déjà signalé à Pedro, le propriétaire.
