This home has great energy. It has a great floor plan and is on a very quiet and private street. The location is central and convenient. You will enjoy the beautifully decorated yet comfortable home while navigating your way through this beautiful and exciting city. This home is very close to 405 and 10 FWYs.
It was love at first sight when we first saw this home. It just has great energy. A great floor plan, beautiful exterior landscaping and fantastic panoramic views. You will love staying in this house!
This property was breathtakingly beautiful and the highlight of our trip. The pool was perfect and the views from the backyard were gorgeous. On clear days we could see the ocean! The owner was there to let us in and very attentive before, during and after our stay. The home was very clean with a huge kitchen and downstairs living room. The four upstairs bedrooms are very big with a really nice master suite with his/hers bathrooms and beautiful views. The outdoor area is the highlight with multiple seating areas, a fire feature, and of course the huge pool and hottub/spa. We had five adults and five children (14-5 years of age) and the house was big enough for all of us.
The location was perfect for day trips to the surrounding area. It's only 5 minutes off the 405 and very easy to get to and from. Its also only 5-10 minutes to the UCLA/Westwood area for grocery shopping and many restaurants.
I would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a relaxing L.A. vacation. Our entire crew never wanted to leave the house and are already trying to plan another trip! Thanks Nooshi for a trip we and the kids will cherish forever.
This is a unique property in a very central location. It is very close to the major highways and minutes from Beverly Hills and Santa Monica. It is minutes from UCLA.
