Spacious 3 bedroom apartment, welcoming and ready to live: kitchen, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, balcony and covered balcony with garden furniture. it enjoys a peaceful and rejuvenating views of the lakes and the green park around them.

The residence takes place in the private domain of the coudoulière a popular vacation spot for the Provencal Riviera, jewel in a green setting, between sea and forest in a prestigious fleet of 35 ha.

A hundred meters away are the port of coudoulière with shops (pharmacy, medical office, bakery, supermarket, 6 restaurants), 2 sandy beaches and numerous small creeks surrounding.

In the center of the residence, facing the sea, unfolds a large pool of 340 m2 sea view, with solarium and paddling pool (free access). Nearby: acrobranches, tennis, fitness trail, park playground, diving, jet skiing, boat rentals, waterfront bike path, bus stop.

très bel appartement

Bel appartement avec vaste terrasse donnant sur le parc et le lac peuplé de canards qui ont fait la joie des enfants.Remerciements à votre représentant sur place pour sa disponibilté et sa gentillesse. Dommage que les deux plages attenantes à la résidence soient si exigues.

Vivement qu'on y retourne !

Séjour apprécié pour plusieurs raisons : - Très bien situé : l'appartement offre une vue reposante sur le parc. Ensoleillé toute la matinée, à l'ombre aux heures les plus chaudes, c'est l'idéal. - L'intérieur est vaste, décoré avec goût. Grand confort ménager (le petit congélateur est bien pratique). Les espaces rangement sont nombreux. Le tout d'une propreté remarquable. Idem pour la literie. - Nous avons particulièrement apprécié que les chambres soient séparées par les 2 salles de bain : ce qui procure une certaine indépendance aux uns et aux autres ... - Le + : la belle terrasse ! la plus spacieuse de la Résidence. Toute carrelée et fermée, elle offre un espace de détente (ou de jeux) supplémentaire.

Bel appartement. Très grand balcon(au calme) face au parc de la coudoulière,avec mi ombre mi soleil pour les repas. Piscine et pataugeoire pour les enfants. D'un excellent rapport qualité prix. La voiture n'est pas une nécessité!! Cet appartement peut très bien convenir à 4personnes.
