The apartment Mont Saint Martin area, welcomes you in a residence calm and raised it is completely renovated with a covered terrace facing south with a clear view without opposite.

The well being and tranquility of the apartment promise romantic moments or quality time with family.

* Easy parking even in summer next to the residence, 300 m from the international golf course and 10 minutes walk from the port area, the beautiful Richelieu beach and island recreation (place to be for summer evenings).

convenience you can do everything on foot! beaches, walks, restaurants, nightclubs) without taking your car.

* The shops are 200 m and is partly open year (bakery, butcher, rotisserie, newsagents, pharmacy, supermarket)

Shuttles (Cap'bus) will take you to different beaches and amusement parks throughout the summer season.

You can reach the port in 15 minutes on foot taking the walkway to the waterfront (lane discovery) passage under the bridge is located on the island of leisure, it's a nice path along the boats to the port.

* Out of season you can discover beautiful landscapes, make beautiful walks along the coast, hiking, cycling, indoor water park. Throughout the year the Cap d'Agde offers activities even out of season you never get bored!tennis tournaments, golf, indoor pool, everything works in winter.

The bright apartment is newly equipped in a contemporary style and welcomes sleeps 4 (max 6), ideal for your holiday with friends or family.

* It consists of a living room (in winter heating) with bay window and kitchen opening onto the terrace where you can enjoy meals in your own time

* A bedroom with window overlooking the terrace with 140 beds and 55 cm TV wall; an alcove with 2 bunk beds and a living room with a BZ 140 new seats.(Bultex mattress)

* Bedding and pillows are protected by Duffel With disposable linens (mandatory) changed at each arrival.

A small bathroom with shower, basin and toilet, heating.

* On the terrace, an extendable table and 6 chairs with cushions, shade sail (in summer) and electric shutter.

* The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with extractor hood, fridge freezer, coffee maker, convection oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, pressure cooker espresso machine ,, 'Tassimo', washing machine, flat screen TV 80 cm, reader DVD, fan, iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, all crockery is new very good and very complete.

* For your convenience the first necessity products are available to prevent you from 'running to your arrival!(Coffee filters, tea, sugar, laundry, cleaning products, toilet paper)

 * For your children's activities, a beach game kit, coloring pencils, books, board games, and adult card games (tarot, card game).

* Two umbrellas are available for the beach

, On arrival you will be handed a set of brochures offering all the seasonal activities of Cap d'Agde.

* Animals are not accepted.

No wifi.

For the respect of all the apartment is non smoking, ashtrays are provided on the terrace.

* Lease is with a lease in duplicate copies

 * A deposit of 30% is requested reservation .The balance is due 15 days before your deposit arrivée..Un (600 € uncashed for the apartment, and a 50 € for the household) to return the day arrival. they will be returned in 1-8 days after your departure household .Forfait (50 €) if not by you.

Possibility to rent bed linen and towels (20 € per bed per week, towels € 20 per person per week.

Take direction Leisure Island.

The island leisure (Aqualand, Lunapark, international golf clubs, casino, restaurants, shops)

Tennis, golf, access to beaches 700m, boat rides, fishing, pétanque).

The harbor, many restaurants (from simple to gourmet, you have a choice.

Old port side as a good restaurant 'Le Why not?' 5 quai of Escatale (04. 67. 26. 13. 39) you can eat grilled meats, pizza, just opposite you every morning auction market where you can buy your fish and seafood freshly caught you can even eat there! advice, better get up early to have products!

you enjoy the beautiful beaches? I recommend you more! 'Bianca beach', Richelieu center beach.

All these beaches have a lounge setting, you will eat very well and the frame is a little corner of Paradise!

Superbe! Très bel appartementpropre et moderne! Il ne manque rien,, idéalement situé

L'appartement est très bien équipé,propreté impeccable,décoration moderne il est dans un secteur résidentiel ,très calme,proche des commerces , de la mer (700m)et du port.J e recommandé ! Il est excessivement rare de trouver une location aussi qualitative! Je recommande vivement!

idéal pour une famille

Très bel appartement moderne décoré avec goût et parfaitement équipé, rien ne manque. Situé non loin d'un petit centre commercial dans un quartier calme, proche à pied du port et de la mer. Chambre séparée pour les parents et lits superposés pour les enfants. Je recommande cette adresse.

Nous venons de changer le sommier de la chambre pour un confort encore plus agréable et remplacer la table de la terrasse, qui prenait trop de place au profil d'une à rallonges modulables en fonction du nombre de personnes ce qui libère l'espace.Nous aurons plaisir à vous accueillir de nouveau. A bientôt .
