About the property

my apartment is really 150 meters from the subway!

Casa Amamìa is comfortable, simple and ideally located in the city center and, most of all, 100 meters from the metro line A, allowing you to organize your trips in the most enjoyable way.

Walk or public transport in just a few minutes, you will be able to reach fascinating and rich history

Situated in the beautiful Boccea - Vatican City of Rome city, one of the greener and well-structured neighborhoods of Rome. The apartment will be all at your disposal with its two bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen at your disposal.

Casa Amamia is ideal if you have kids or if you want a vacation in Rome without many lost time to reach the most significant places. Starting from Casa Amamìa, 150 meters on foot you will reach Cornelia metro line A, where you can reach the major Romanesque beauties (Piazza del Popolo, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Colosseum etc.); 3 km from Piazza San Pietro on foot (or reaching 10 meters away from two bus lines, the route takes about 10 minutes); you can also reach the Auditorium Parco della Musica di Renzo Piano; 100 meters a terminal station of many urban and extra urban bus lines that will allow you to connect with several congress centers in the area; Also, nearby, you can find the Policlinico A. Gemini, the Gemini Catholic University, the Ergife Congress Center and the Dermatological Institute of the Immaculate IDI, the San Camillo Hospital, and also the Bambin Jesus Pediatric Hospital.

The area also has plenty of shops, restaurants, bars and banks with free parking.

A very nice apartment

  • 4 of 5

The apartment was very nice and clean. The location was very good for transportation access since it is close to bus routes and the Rome Metro. There are many shops close to the apartment for food and groceries which was very convenient and a street market on the street behind the apartment that happened a few times a week. It is nice to be in a neighborhood far from the tourist crowds. The only drawback of the experience was the very poor quality wifi access. Since data rates for North Americans are so expensive we really needed wifi. Unfortunately it basically did not work for most of the 2 weeks we stayed there and was a major inconvenience throughout our stay. The owner said they would be installing hardwired internet access since the existing system was just picking up internet access off the cellular network. I would stay here again but I would ensure there is a reliable internet access installed prior to booking.

Overnight in Rome

  • 4 of 5

Anna Maria Lorusso's place, Casa Amania, is very nice. Very clean, well kept, candies & clean towels on the beds, and numerous fresh choices for breakfast. Her daughter greeted us out front which was a good thing because the street number was wrong from the directions given on HomeAway. It should be number 37 via Cardinale Oreglia. The picture (the view) on the site is not from the apartment. Not sure if it was from a long time ago or what. The views are of other city buildings as it is very convenient to a metro station with street parking available.

The AC worked well and was needed in August! Plenty of room for us to spread out.

The only complaint was that the shower drained very slowly. Plenty of hot water though! We enjoyed our stay very much.

Au coeur de Rome

  • 5 of 5

  • 5 of 5

ottima soluzione

  • 5 of 5

L'appartamento è ampio e ben attrezzato. Ci tornerò con mia moglie e mia figlia. AnnaMaria è gentilissima!

My friends call it Casa Amamìa, it is an apartment that also hires for tourists. It's really 100 meters from the metro station and this is the first advice I want to give tourists to Rome: always check the distance between home or hotel and the subway. And 'an apartment furnished in a modern and functional style. The single room has a comfortable bed, a double wardrobe, desk, chair and mirror. The double is very comfortable with its two twin beds that can be coupled in bed, two bedside cabinet with two doors, chair, sofa bed, desk and mirror. The bathroom has the sanitary facilities, bidet, convenient shower, locker. In the living room a comfortable sofa bed, bookcase, cabinet lit table empty pockets, hanger. The kitchen has a microwave, stove, fridge, kettle, coffee maker and all the dishes and linens needed for your stay.

At Casa Amamìa you will be welcomed in every respect, ready to respond to your every need, helping you to realize your dream stay. On request we can provide sightseeing tours and customized to your needs.
