Parfait en famille

Séjour parfait, maison très bien située, très fonctionnelle. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon week-end ou de bonnes vacances. Le prêt de vélo est un vrai point fort. Tout petit point négatif, le garage un peu étroit si on n'a pas une petite voiture citadine, dans une impasse avec des voitures garées en face... mais une fois qu'on est en place, c'est impeccable...!

un petit coin de paradis

L’île d'Oleron, que nous découvrions après 40 ans, est réellement superbe et chaque chemin, chaque village fut un appel à la découverte de ce magnifique endroit. l’île d'Oleron est splendide à observer, les vacanciers seront ravis pour les ballades à pied, à vélo ou en bateau ; pour les visites du patrimoine qu'ils soient naturels ou façonnés, et par les restaurants sympas et insolites. Notre location fut, également, une agréable surprise, telle que sur les photos, aucune mauvaise surprise en vous y rendant, il vous suffira, juste, de profiter pleinement de tout ce qu'elle vous offre, sa propreté, son agencement et son calme. Temps exceptionnel et accueil fort sympathique

komfortabel, strandnah

Die Zufahrt ist extrem eng, wir haben Kratzer an beiden Außenspiegeln. Nicht schlimm da aus Plastik. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Die Angebe, dass 7 Personen unterkommen können ist geschönt. Schlafplätze gibt es zwar genug aber nur 1 WC und 1 - davon getrenntes - Bad. Beides ist modernisiert und ok, aber wenn morgens 7 Menschen durchs Bad müssen... Da wir nur zu zweit waren war es allerdings sehr komfortabel; bei mehr als 4 Gästen sehe ich allerdings Schwierigkeiten. Für uns war es ein gelungener Urlaub: das Wetter herrlich, die Unterkunft sehr gut, die Gastronomie kaum zu toppen...

Des vacances 100% réussies

Nous voulions trouver la location idéale pour nos 1eres vacances en famille, avec celle ci c'est chose faite!! Nous revenons ravis et pour être honnête même avec la meilleure volonté du monde il n'y a aucun point négatif. La maison est ni trop petite ni trop grande. Très propre et décorée avec goût. Fonctionnelle ( lave linge, lave vaisselle, aspirateur). Nous partions pour la 1ere fois avec notre bébé (10 mois) et nous avons voyagé léger car sur place il y avait: lit parapluie, poussette canne, baignoire plastique etc... des vélos sont même gracieusement prêtés. La cerise sur le gâteau la situation de la maison! Petit quartier paisible idéal pour se reposer et à 2 pas de la plage. On prend le sac et le parasol (fourni si vous l'oubliez!) Et on y est déjà! Le marché avec de nombreux commerçants est à 2 minutes en voiture ou 5 à vélo. Les restaurants pour tous les goûts et porte feuilles à 5 minutes en voitures Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute, présents si il y a un soucis et de bons conseils . Que demander de plus!! Nous sommes rentrés depuis 4 jours je parle de cette location à tout mon entourage et nous envisageons d'y retourner l'année prochaine. N'hésitez plus, choisissez cette location les yeux fermés!
