We welcome you to a very nice apartment of 130 sqm, located in a very quiet and sought after, facing the chain of Mont Blanc, close to the city center (with free shuttles to circulate throughout the valley).

The 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom and a flat-screen TV. Boasting panoramic views of the Mont Blanc, our apartment is warmly decorated with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a dining room, 3 separate toilet and a balcony.

The terrace has a garden, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue. We also provide you with 500 international television channels, an Internet connection, a washing machine and equipment for children (cot and high chair).

The chalet has a ski storage room and private parking. We provide you also towels and sheets.

So go ahead: you will spend an unforgettable stay in one of the most beautiful valleys in Europe

The property is beautiful and had an awesome layout for our group.

The property was just as described. Really pretty and spacious on the inside and the outdoor patio was to die for. There were 5 in our group and it was perfect for us, and could have easily accommodated more. The bathrooms were perfect for a large group as well. The lady that helped us inside was so very sweet, even brought us up a bottle of wine. The walk into town was about 10 minutes, but I enjoyed the walk. Bus stops both ways across the street, which was also convenient. 5 stars for sure!!!

Best of Times

We can only reiterate the positive comments of other guests about this great place (see comments of Lee and Karl). The unit is terrific, the place was clean and well appointed, the beds comfortable, Richard was very helpful and accommodating (he picked us up at the train station and drove us to the market after showing us around the apartment). The 12-15 minute walk to the town center is truly enjoyable, the views breathtaking and the size of the apartment makes for a very comfortable stay. We have stayed in many VRBO units and this one is the best. We recommend it to anyone who travels and enjoys staying in something other than a hotel. And Chamonix is an Alpine treasure.

Alpine Perfection

As a family we have traveled to the French alps during the summer many times, but had never stayed in Chamonix. We were looking for somewhere walking distance from the Centre, but big enough for a family. We were not disappointed.

This apartment is quite simply perfect. The view from almost every window is spectacular. The furnishings are nice, and the apartment was very clean. The owner was very helpful and provided all we needed for our baby (cot etc). The town centre is about 15 mins walk; a very scenic walk along the river.

Would I stop again? Definitely; without a doubt. In fact I am likely to book again soon!

Absolutely fabulous apartment

We arrived late and the owner's mother was waiting for us and cheerily greeted us. She was great! She showed us around the apartment and it was more then we had expected. It was clean, had 3 wonderful rooms with full bathrooms, the living/dining room was a wonderful large open space and kitchen was equipped perfectly.

However the most breathtaking space was the Terrace! The view of the Alps and Mont Blanc are absolutely amazing. On the both evening we were there, we ate on the Terrace admiring the incredible view.

As for Chamonix, it was great. We had 2 fabulous hikes and went up to l'Aiguille du Midi. Our family does quite a bit of hiking (Yosemite, Zion, Mount Washington, New-Hampshire, etc) and these went straight up to number one on our "Top hikes list".

The only disappointment.... not staying longer.

We promised to come back one day!

A beautiful apartment

We arrived just after midnight and the owners mother was waiting for us, she kindly showed us around before leaving. We were not charged extra for late arrival, bed linen, towels or cleaning.

The apartment is absolutely lovely, the master bedroom is unique with the most beautiful bathroom and large balcony. The other two bedrooms are a good size, one has a balcony, the other a shower. The lounge area is spacious, the dining table large and the open plan kitchen is lovely. There is a seperate shower area, large bath, double sink and toilet and another seperate toilet. There are flat screen tv's in all bedrooms aand a large tv/dvd player in the lounge. Wifi works throughout he apartment.

The apartment is heated and was always warm, the kitchen is very well equiped, induction hob, good microwave, oven, drip coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine, plenty of crockery and cutlery. The furniture is lovely and no expense has been spared anywhere, there are wood floorboards and lovely wooden walls, its very high quality and there was absolutely nothing wrong with the place, it was immaculately clean.

The apartment is 2 minutes away from the bus stop, and 2 bus stops into town. Walking takes a bit longer, for me (slow walker) I would say 20 minutes, but if you are fitter probably around 10-15mins, bus is very easy.

The owner took us for skis to a local shop (with discount) and collected them and brought them back to the apartment and he was very kind and took me to the local supermarket. Nothing was too much trouble and the owner speaks English.

We stayed for a week in this fantastic property located halfway between town centre and Les Praz, it's right beside the river and there is a wonderful walk along l'Arve in either direction. Town centre is a 10mins stroll along this path which is lit at night and the bus stop is 150m away.

The apartment is huge with great views of MontBlanc from the eating and living area through a large bay window, there is also a south facing terrace off the kitchen where you can enjoy the sun all day and dry out any wet ski gear. There are 2 of the bedrooms with ensuit and the other has the main bathroom opposite, all have powerful "wet room" showers. All bedrooms have flat screen TV & there is free wifi & satellite tv available, ski storage is available downstairs and there is parking at the door so no need to carry ski gear about if you have a car.

I highly recommend this if you want a quite location and still have easy access to town and exceptional views.
