SPACIOUS HOUSE WITH 5 BR, 5 BA | 7-MINUTE WALK TO THE BEACH

ADDA Beach House is in the beautiful neighborhood of Frangista Beach, which is perfectly situated between Silver Sands Premium Outlets (2 miles) and Destin Commons (4 miles). This 5-bedroom and 5-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 15 people. It features a front courtyard with a small private pool and lounging to enjoy the Florida sunshine. Only a short 7-minute walk to the famous beautiful beach of the Emerald Coast. Guests staying between March 1 - November 30 will have complimentary beach services (umbrella and 2 chairs).

The main downstairs area is completely open, which is ideal to accommodate a large family gatherings. The open kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and soft close cabinets and drawers. In additional to a bunk-bed nook, there is one bedroom with a king bed on the first floor. The all hardwood second floor has four more bedrooms, with each with its own private bathroom.

No Pets Allowed. Smoking Is Not Allowed On Property. Minimum age for renters is 25 year. We DO NOT rent to college/high school groups, chaperoned groups, or anyone who wants to host event.

The house has outdoor security cameras.

Very Spacious

The cleaning crew did not do a very good job. The oven top was caked with grease not cleaned well! Other than that no other complaints

Had a great time staying here in Miramar Beach! Very spacious for our large group of 6 adults and 5 teens. We’ll stocked and appointed kitchen. Short walk to the beach. Good access to all the fun stuff on the east side of Destin. Great communication with our host. Would definitely recommend!

Great Experience

We had a great time staying at this property. This is our third time staying in Miramar Beach over the past three years and this was the best property we've stayed in so far. The first floor had a great layout and was very spacious. The four bedrooms we great for our family (7 adults and 1 child). The weather didn't cooperate most of the week with mostly single red or double red flags at the beach. After a morning at the beach we would walk back to the house and hang out by the pool. It was small (8'x12') but perfect for our family to hang out in and our three year old to swim all around. The beds were quite firm, but we have found that most of them are when staying in Miramar and we expect that. The one draw back was the beach entrance was off Holiday St. rather than Miami St., which added a few more minutes of walking. Then the chairs were set up based on the house location so we would have to walk back down the beach to the Miami entrance. We worked it out with the chair guys to move the chairs for us during the stay, but it was interesting that the entrance was not off the same street that the house was one. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Over all a great house, great location, and a great experience.

My husband and I are blessed and proud parents of four children. We love to travel and try new things. Not sure if it's the area's beautiful beaches or family friendly environment, but our children always want to return to Florida!

Why they chose this property

Close to everything including the beach, great fishing, restaurants, awesome shopping, and tons of family friendly entertainment. ADDA Beach House has a beautiful design with an open layout on the first floor, plenty of bathrooms (5), and a private courtyard with your own pool where the kids can have fun when not at the beach. It is on a quiet street in the fabulous neighborhood of Frangista Beach! Did we mentioned that the private beach is down the street?
