Excellent séjour

Nous étions deux familles avec au total 10 personnes, 4 adultes, 3 ados et 3 enfants. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa qui est très bien équipée et spacieuse. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la vue ainsi que la piscine. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter!

Splendide maison

J'ai passé des vacances extra dans cette magnifique maison, aménagée avec goût.

La maison est extrêmement lumineuse, propre, spacieuse, conviviale et très bien située.

La cuisine qui est apparement neuve est ouverte sur la salle-à-manger et le salon (très convivial), la vue donne sur la mer, un magnifique montagne (Le Montgo) et un phare.

Les chambres sont très bien, la salle-de-bain et grande et il y a beaucoup de place pour ranger ses affaires personnelles.

Je garde un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.

Belle maison idéalement située...

Maison confortable avec intérieur moderne. La cuisine américaine et le salon salle à manger semblent avoir été entièrement refaits à neuf.

La vue sur la baie de Javéa, sur le Montgo et le phare sont à couper le souffle.

La propreté générale de la maison est à relever.

Les extérieurs sont agréables, fleuris et bien entretenus (nous étions 8 personnes et avions tous notre intimité).

2. Your house is very nice and conveniently located at the crossroads of beaches and coves Javea.

The view is breathtaking and the allocation of rooms on two levels is very significant with children and allows everyone to have their independence.

We also wish to emphasize the cleanliness of the premises and proper maintenance of outside (garden & pool).

We had a fantastic holiday in your home and we will not fail to recommend it to our friends who want to visit the Costa Blanca.

Pour une occupation de la villa par plus de 6 personnes, la possibilité est offerte de mettre l'appartement du rez inférieur à disposition. Dans ce cas, un supplément de 300 euros par semaine est demandé ainsi que 60 euros supplémentaires pour les frais de nettoyage final.
Durant les mois de juillet et août, la location minimum est de 14 jours.
En saison fraîche, les frais de chauffage sont facturés 20 Euros par jour pour le logement principal, respectivement 30 Euros pour les 2 logements.
Un acompte de 50% sera demandé pour confirmation de la réservation.
Le solde sera à verser 20 jours avant la prise de location.
La caution sera à verser à l'arrivée, lors de la remise des clés.
