Overlooking an attractive square and a short side street leading directly onto the glamorous rue d'Antibes, this apartment is within minutes of everything a visitor could require - the famous Croisette, sandy beaches, Palais des Festivals, casinos, designer shops, bakers, restaurants, cafes bistro-bars, grocers, not to mention the bustling Gambetta market. Ideal for corporate visits, romantic city breaks and holidays alike. As there is no lift, this apartment is not suitable for the elderly, infirm or young children. No pets allowed. Location & Nearby Attractions: The apartment is located within 10 mins leisurely walk to the Croisette Beach, the Palais des Festivals, Le Suquet (Old Cannes Town) & Old Port area, and is 50 metres from Rue d'Antibes. Adjacent to rue d'Antibes, full of designer shops. Many bars and restaurants nearby, with 3 convenience stores under 5 mins walk (U-Express, Spar, Mono-Express), and large Casino & Monoprix supermarkets under 10 mins walk. No private parking, but local on-street parking (payable) and undercover public car parking 5 mins walk.
It is really modern apartment. Atmosphere of original French charm..

1.Near to the market Gambetta - Fresh vegetables and fruit every day. Supermarkets nearby too.
2.Neat to the central street – very nice shopping area of Rue d'Antibes (Good location for mine fourteen-years daughters)
3.Very close to the beaches (Both paid and free-of-charge)

The owner is kind and she is behaving professionally. She is eager to reply all your questions at everytime.
However, when I reserved this apartment, I have read through on a website, that this appartment is equipped by the air-conditioner.
But when we have arrived, it has appeared, that it only one fan which is in a bedroom.
We slept in two rooms and of course we opened windows for the night that it was not stuffy.
Noise which reached from streets, very much prevented to sleep (motorcycles, cars, garbage machines and lorries).
May be I have not correctly understood this phrase – “Separate air conditioning units and heater” and these are problems of my knowledge of language.
But, despite of these inconveniences, it was our best rest in Cannes.
I will definitely be recommending this to my friends and family in the near future and to others who read this review you will thoroughly enjoy your stay here.
Situated in the heart of Cannes, in the fashionable district called 'la Banane', just behind the elegant chic shopping area of Rue d'Antibes, this light and sunny top floor apartment is within 5 mins walk of the beach, the Croisette boulevard, and the congress halls of the Palais des Festivals. Surrounded by plentiful cafes, bistros, restaurants and shops. With the train station and taxi rank 5 mins walk, and bus station and old port 10 mins walk, there is no need for a car. However, public parking and car hire agency are both under 5 mins walk. Cannes-Mandelieue airport nearby. Regular buses to Mougins, Grasse and the hills in the hinterlands. Shuttle bus to Nice Cote d'Azur airport drops 10mins walk; or personal collection service available at extra cost. Towels, linen, end of stay cleaning and meet-and-greet service all included in price.
Golf: Golf courses at nearby Mandelieu and Old Cannes course, and Mougins.
Ski: Isola 2000 Ski resort within 2 hour drive
