The owner is very attached to the family home which we try to enjoy and maintain for our children.

As we live in Luchon all year long, we love meeting new people to enhance and to share our knowledge about this wonderful region.

Why Bertrand De Gorsse or Marie De Gorsse chose Saint-Gaudens area

Rentals allow us to maintain the house (family owned since 1870) and to do some work for the well-being of our guests. This house is very comfortable and equipped with all facilities of the 21st century!

What makes this villa unique

Located in the heart of the town with a big landscaped area, very quiet.

An enclosed and secure garden

WiFi, garden for children, barbecue

All commodities are close by and allow you not to use the car

Parking inside the garden

and space to stock your bikes

The house was completely renovated in 2000, bedrooms are spacious and everyone can have their own privacy if desired.

Nous avons retrouvé avec plaisir le chalet des De Gorse....la situation idéale dans le centre de Luchon à proximité des Thermes mais en retrait de la rue nous avait trop enchanté l'en passé...Les propriétaires sont parfaits et à l'écoute des leurs locataires... Le chalet est idéal pour passer de bons moments entre amis...Commerces...magasins ... télécabine .. Thermes sont à deux pas ... A recommander vivement et sans détour ...

Magnifique

28 cyclistes, nous avons réservé la maison et le chalet. Accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes qui nous ont donné quelques conseils. Location très centrale, Parc magnifique, chambres et literie parfaites. Unanimité dans le groupe pour encenser cette location.

Excellent séjour à Luchon

Nous sommes un groupe de cyclistes qui sillonnons chaque année la chaîne des Pyrénées. Cette année nous avons posé nos valises chez Marie et Bertrand de Gorsse. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison idéalement située en plain cœur de la ville permet de profiter du charme de Bagnères. La maison de famille mise à notre disposition est immense et vraiment agréable à vivre. Le jardin, amoureusement entretenu, offre un espace ombragé et calme.

A louer sans hésiter pour les grandes familles ou les groupes!

Idéalement situé .. en plein centre de Luchon ..à 100 mètres des thermes..à peine plus du télécabine..en retrait de la rue donc très calme et un jardin privatif clôturè...des propriétaires vraiment sympas ..rien à redire .. séjour trop bref ...encore merci pour tout ..
