Las Palmas has everything, a city with a beach.

The apartment is modern and well situated with everything you need. It is a short walk to Canteras beach and to Santa Catalina plaza. For a small charge, the owner Alexis picked us up from the airport, took us to the apartment. He explained the apartment, gave us directions to the local area and left his contact details if we needed anything. The apartment is very central and perfect if you want that little more freedom than a hotel gives. Alexis picked us up at the prearranged time outside the apartment to take us back to the airport, well worth doing it took all problems of arranging transport away.

Beautiful apartment, great location!

We had a wonderful stay here in Las Palma. The apartment was clean, and perfect for a couple or small family. Just minutes away from the beach, with lots of coffee shops, and restaurants near by.

Definitely recommend the property if you're in Las Palma :)

Un diamante en Las Palmas

El propietario nos estaba esperando en el aeropuerto puntual y nos llevo al apartamento el cual tiene una ubicación muy céntrica, cerca de la playa de la canteras, el parque santa catalina y el centro comercial el Muelle. Está muy bien equipado y no echarás nada en falta. Todo está nuevo, muy limpio y moderno. El WiFi va muy bien y el apartamento al ser interior es muy silencioso,y a su vez es muy acogedor y me he sentido como en mi casa. Si eligen esta propiedad no se van a arrepentir.

Un très bel appartement

Un très bel appartement correspondant en tous points à l'annonce. Particulièrement bien équipé (il y a tout !), très bien décoré et très propre, cet appartement est bien situé dans le quartier du port de LAS PALMAS. Au 2ème étage, il donne sur une cour intérieure qui permet d'éviter les bruits de la rue et de passer des nuits au calme. A 200m du Parque de Santa-Catalina et de l'office du tourisme, à 300m de la Playa de Las Canteras, à 200m d'un hypermarché (offrant un parking gratuit de 3H), à 50m des arrêts d'autobus conduisant au centre historique (Compagnie Guaguas Municipales - Ligne 1 : Puerto-Teatro - 1,40€ le voyage), à 25km (30min) de l'aéroport. Le parking est payant dans toutes les rues voisines, cependant il est facilement possible de se garer gratuitement pour peu que l'on accepte de marcher ~1km après la Calle La Naval. Ce n'est franchement pas une contrainte importante. Le propriétaire Alexis, très sympathique, sait indiquer où trouver les choses. Gran Canaria est une île merveilleuse avec des paysages magnifiques !
