Or relax quietly from their totally private pool with saline treatment at a time that makes you a meat or fish on the barbecue to enjoy the fabulous weather Chilches in Malaga.

The house has 3 rooms of which 1 is the master bedroom and the living room has a sofa- bed for 2 extra people . The home has a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 2 children. The pool is private has a door that is Secure and that would disable their little accidents . If you plan to spend one of the best winters in Europe , count on us .

About Carmen & José Luis

I would like to begin with a brief summary of our trajectory. Carmen, my wife, and I are - we were - two professionals outside the tourist industry, My wife is a professional diver and I am a specialist in large computer systems. That is to say that when we started with this adventure, in 2007, we did not think that we were going to divert our professional trajectories to this branch.

In fact we started with very little, with a single apartment, a holiday accommodation in our farm (La Piriposa). We believed that with essential minimums we would be successful. Indeed, time has shown us that the personalized attention of our clients and the dedication dedicated to them have made us have recurring clients over the years. This together with the management of the languages ​​(English, French, Portuguese, Italian) to a detailed accompaniment -Reception after hours, location of services, tracking of their arrival at destination- make our customers have valued us on most occasions With a grade of 5/5.

Over time we have evolved, our friends and neighbors trusted Carmen and Me to manage their accommodations and we have come to have up to 15 different apartments and houses, all located in Chilches, Malaga. But, why only Chilches? Because our philosophy is based on the following pillars:

*- Good prices. Normally we are below the average without reducing a bit the quality.

Beautiful little house with warm and friendly host!

Beautiful little house on a hill with a nice ocean view. It has everything you need for relaxed getaway (barbeque, pool, terrace, comfortable beds). Make sure you have a car since it is situated a little outside of town. Host is also friendly guy.

Tout allait bien jusqu'à...

J'ai réservé en octobre 2016 une villa individuelle avec piscine, ensemble rustique mais agréable en journée.

J'ai du quitter la location avant la fin du bail suite à un incident qui n'était pas de mon fait. J'ai été hébergé par la suite dans un appartement qui ne correspondait plus aux critères de la maison. Dans tous les cas je n'aurais pas réintégré la maison, car j'avais un sentiment d'insécurité, celle ci est isolée, en bout d'un cul de sac et à 400 m du premier voisin. J'ai décidé de partir avant la fin du séjour.

Les gérants, généralement par mon départ anticipé m'a donné une très mauvaise appréciation sur ce site alors que je suis client d'un site leader sur le marché avec une note est au maximum

Cette attitude est vraiment regrettable.

Une vérité non objective et malveillante C'est vrai que vous avez été volé à la maison. Ces incidents ne peuvent pas être contrôlés. Il est vrai que nous vous avons relogé dans un autre appartement pendant que la police faisait votre analyse pour trouver le coupable du vol et aussi parce que vous nous aviez dit que vous ne vous sentiez pas en sécurité. Il est vrai que la maison est située dans une rue privée et avec des voisins éloignés de cette maison. Ce que nous offrons vraiment, c'est une confidentialité totale Maintenant, ce que vous ne comptez pas dans votre évaluation est la suivante: 1- Vous avez été renvoyé le loyer complet. 2- Vous avez été aidé en tout temps en accompagnant la police pour présenter la plainte. 3- Vous avez été invité à manger dans un restaurant. 4- Il est vrai que vous avez essayé d'obtenir la propriété pour payer le coût des effets volés sans fournir aucune sorte de preuve. 5- La description que vous décrivez est entièrement conforme à la description de la publicité. 6- Vous nous harcelez par différents moyens. Nos enfants nous ont réservé ce séjour, nous en sommes très satisfaits. À notre arrivée le propriétaire nous a donné rdv sur une place très facile à trouver et nous a conduit jusqu'au logement. Très belle vue sur la méditerranée, la maison est isolée, tranquille, idéal pour un séjour romantique. L'accueil des propriétaires fut excellent, nous avons eu toutes les réponses à nos questions pour choix des restaurants, visites, etc. Un petit plus,: à notre disposition toutes sortes d'épices pour la cuisine, pratique quand on arrive en avion. Les draps et le linge de toilette sont prévus. Une piscine privée a disposition. Nous recommandons ce logement particulièrement aux couples.

Le soleil, la nature et nous

Nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour à la casa Andaloucia. Une petite maison au coeur de la nature avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et dotée d' une piscine très agréable (eau salée). Carmen et José Luis (les propriétaires) sont toujours aussi gentils et accueillant. Nous y retournerons.
