Clean, central and charming
Cheerful welcome. Well equipped..dishwasher tabs/washing machine tabs/toilet rolls/good towels/decent kitchen equipment. Perfect for a couple. Warm weather means balcony a blessing (there is air con).Particularly enjoyed colourful plants on balcony. A lovely touch.
Perfectly placed. 10mins from flea market. Close to shopping in Rue d'Ixelles, near metro, trams and not far from centre of town, Grand Place, museum and plenty of small supermarkets. Huge bonus having a garage.
This flat is clean, comfortable, quiet, warm and well equipped. It's centrally located so you can walk to the main attractions or use the Louise transport hub nearby where there is also a small supermarket with a good selection of groceries - we alternated eating out (lots of choice) and cooking in the flat. Perfect for two people and highly recommended. Jean Marc went to a lot of trouble making sure we had access when we arrived and Justyna who is 'on the spot' was very helpful and let us leave our luggage until the afternoon on the day we left. Enjoy!
Beautiful Apartment in Great Location
Spent a wonderful week in this beautiful apartment. Apartment is well designed and in great condition. I don't cook but if you did, the kitchen is well supplied. Two nice balconies provide good views and nice outdoor space. Location is great. Easy to walk to great restaurants, shopping and the Metro. From this Metro station access to train stations or areas of interest is very easy. The owner is very responsive to requests and queries. I highly recommend.
An excellent apartment
This is a very nice apartment, one of the best we’ve ever stayed in on holiday (and we’ve stayed in more than 50 over the years).
We didn’t meet the owner in person, but the communication before and during the stay was always very pleasant and helpful. We did meet the cleaner and she was also a very nice person.
The apartment is conveniently located halfway between Louise and Munthof metro stations (about 2 minutes walk to either). It is on the top (9th) floor, but there are two lifts. The apartment has a terrace at both the front and the back and the front view is a stunning panorama of southern Brussels. There is a medium sized Delhaize supermarket close to the Louise metro station.
There is a small galley kitchen, but it contains everything you might need. More than enough pots and pans and crockery and cutlery. There is a dishwasher and a large induction hob. As well as a microwave, there is a full sized oven as well.
The main room is large with two comfortable armchairs and a sofa. There is space for the drop down double bed if using it and a dining table and chairs. We didn’t use it, but there’s a large TV. The internet worked well and is a reasonable speed.
Through a sliding door, the back of the apartment contains a spacious bedroom (2 twin beds), plenty of storage cupboards, a separate lavatory and bathroom and a small utility room with a washer dryer. The shower is good (although it takes a while for the hot water to come through). Plenty of towels were provided for our stay.
The temperature of the apartment was comfortable throughout our stay, although you do have control over it, so if you like it hot or cool, you can adjust accordingly.
Coffee (and filters), tea, salt, pepper, oil, etc. were all provided in the kitchen and soap and shower gel in the bathroom.
The building is late sixties, but the apartment itself feels as though it is only a few years old.
It’s good value, the owner and cleaner are nice people, it’s stylish and scrupulously clean, spacious and conveniently located. I can’t think why you would want to stay anywhere else.

Look no further. This is the one for your stay in Brussels
An absolutely wonderful larger 1 bedroom penthouse apartment with underground parking (most unusual for a downtown location). It has modern interior, and appeared to be designed by an interior decorator. It is obviously a 2nd home, rather than just a vacation rental, and the kitchen is outfitted with all manner of cooking utensils. The living room, dining room and kitchen have spectacular views of the city and the bedroom faces towards a large interior courtyard. If you are sensitive to any noise when sleeping (as we are), there are electrically controlled metal roller shades which can come down to cover the bedroom windows, giving extra soundproofing and darkness for sleeping. There is an extra sleeping area, with a double size wall-bed which opens from one of the walls adjacent to the dining room. Nice balconies off both the living room and bedroom. Finally, the washer/dryer combination made this apartment an easy choice for us. Look no further. Terry

The apartment is in Central Brussels, located across the street from the Brussels law courts (go inside to view the interior of this wonderful building). Very close to Old Town and about 1/2 hour walk from Brussels Central Square.
Metro line 2 and 6 (stop Louise) at 300 metres
A supermarket open 7 days 7 is at a distance of only 200 m in Rue Haute, with all the shops you need.
The typical Marolles offers many very nice restaurants, flea market and galleries.
