Why patricia prieto muñoz chose Granada

Floor of 3 large rooms, two of them with double bed and one with 2 single beds. This floor has a fully equipped kitchen, a huge dining room, two large bathrooms and a hall. In addition it has been recently renovated with furniture, beds and new appliances. It is a very bright and quiet apartment where sleeps great.

The flat is located only a 20 min walk from the historical centre and within walking distance of the bus stop no. 7 that goes to the Center (Puerta Real) and happens every 5 minutes. If you prefer to go to the Center by taxi also is possible and very economical, for only 6 euros approximately the route will be in the Centre of Granada. It is also perfect for skiing in Sierra Nevada, since the exit to the motorway is just a few minutes.

The apartment is in a quiet residential area with all the necessary services close. Only 200 metres there is a new shopping centre with shops, cinemas, spa, gym and sports adventure.

Top Wohnung für Granadabesucher

Diese Wohnung von Patricia Prieto Muñoz ist ein Geheimtipp für Granada. Sie liegt in einem sehr gepflegten Haus in ruhiger Wohngegend Granadas und dennoch zentral.

Zum Zentrum der Stadt sind wir rund 25 Minuten gelaufen und haben dabei das interessante nichttouristische Granada entdeckt, inklusive sehr guter Restaurants, eines davon vegetarisch.

Wer nicht laufen möchte findet in etwa 100 Metern vom Haus entfernt eine Bushaltestelle. Von dort aus sind es dann wenige Minuten Fahrzeit ins Zentrum.

In etwa 5 Minuten Laufzeit entfernt befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum (Mall), darin u.a. ein großzügig bemessener Mercadona-Supermarkt.

Aber auch wenige Häuder weiter, in der gleichen Straße befinden sich ein Bäcker mit Öko-Zusatzangeboten (Aufstriche, Marmeladen, Bohnen u.a. trockene Produkte) und ein kleiner Supermarkt.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich geräumig und sehr gut eingerichtet sowie sauber. Vom großen Speise-/Wohnzimmerbereich mit Fernsehecke (keine deutschen Programme) gelangt man in den ringförmig angelegten Flur. Dieser führt zu zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bäder und die Küche.

Großer Vorteil: Hier kann man Wächsche waschen, was das Gepäckgewicht optimieren hilft.

Betreut wurden wir bei Ankunft und jedweden Fragen zwischendurch von Ali, der auch bei technischen Fragen zur Wohnung rasch vor Ort war.

Empfehlenswert auch das in zwei Minuten Fußweg entfernte Momo Café. Hier kann man frühstücken - wenn man es nicht selbst zubereiten will oder mal sehen möchte, was Spanier so frühstücken -, es gibt aber auch warme Speisen zum Mittag.

Wir werden bei künftigen Granada-Aufenthalten wieder hier wohnen.

Grand et tranquille

Appartement spacieux, 3belles chambres, idéal pour plusieurs couples. Situé dans un quartier calme à 15minutes à pied du centre et arrêt de bus au pied de l'immeuble. Commerces de proximité et un centre commercial à 5minutes à pied. Idéalement situé pour se rendre en voiture à l'Alhambra.

Parfait pour profiter de Grenade.

Un séjour superbe

Nous avons passé un séjour superbe à Grenade . L'appartement est spacieux, confortable,lumineux et très agréable à vivre . Il est situé dans un quartier calme à seulement à peine 10 minutes du centre ville en bus (arrêt en bas de la rue) et 30 minutes à pied .L 'accueil est chaleureux et la propriétaire parle très bien français . A recommander sans aucune hésitation !!!!

Motril, se llega en 30 minutos por autovía

20 minutes walk from the Centre, 5 minutes by bus number 7, which happens every 5 minutes and by taxi to the Center about 6 euros.

Restaurants that we recommend, are the life of Granada are still very good quality and uniqueness, RAMÓN - the fried fish is delicious, the JULIO-es a bar for beers and the lid that you serve along with the drink is sufficient to go dining (must order fried Aubergine), the war - is on the outskirts but 5 minutes of drive housingIt has playground for children to play and awesome eats!

It is essential visit to the ALHAMBRA (especially at night), also the ALBAICIN is essential (my father was born in this neighborhood) with its squares and restaurants outdoors, without forgetting the MIRADOR DE SAN NICOLAS. The Royal Chapel is also essential to see the tomb of the Catholic monarchs who, despite not being from granada, wanted to be buried in this beautiful city. There are many sites that you recommend, places that only know the people of Granada like us.
