Closest rentable house to the Madiera Beach Access (less than a 4 minute walk)! Gorgeous home with fantastic location 1 block from beach! We just completely remodeled the house in November 2015. We painted the exterior of the house 8/16. We purchased all brand new furniture and linens. Brand new flat screen TV's for all 3 BR's and on the lanai. This is like a brand new house for the winter season! Summer 2017 we purchased brand new patio furniture and lounge chairs.

This home (which sleeps 6) has been renovated and features a new wonderful granite chef’s kitchen .

This island retreat has all the amenities that many vacationers are seeking – an inviting, private heated pool, a screened-in lanai with a flat screen TV and chaise lounges, intimate outdoor covered dining for the entire family surrounded by tropical palm trees and a hedge, and a rear yard for the kids to play.

So many places to sit and gather – a spacious, open living room with vaulted ceilings that includes a comfortable couch with a HDTV and DVD Player; a casual dining nook in the gourmet kitchen that includes a dining table that seats 6 which is perfect for games or enjoying a delicious meal and a great breakfast bar with stools to enjoy your morning coffee.

The expansive master suite with ceramic hardwood floors has a large walk in closet and en-suite full bath with double vanity is separated from the other guest bedrooms for the ideal place to retreat after a day at the beach. Relax in the comfortable, king bed watching the HDTV and DVD Player. Bedroom 2 has a cozy queen bed with a relaxing pool view and ensuite full bath. Bedroom 3 is decorated coastal chic with two twin beds and shares the guest bathroom with tub/shower combination. The full pool bath and outdoor shower is an ideal convenience when spending the day poolside.

Perfect beach house

We had a wonderful stay. The house is really lovely and has everything you could possibly need and just 5 minutes walk to the beach. Would highly recommend.

Perfect In Everyway!

This home was absolutely perfect for my family. We attended a wedding over Memorial Day weekend and the location was ideal. We could walk to all the festivities at the JW Marriott in the evening and during the day we walked to the beach. We used the beach wagon and chairs included with the house and that worked out great. The entrance to the beach access is literally a 2-3 minute walk. Tracey's home is immaculate. The layout is perfect for three couples, each with their own private bath. The outdoor pool was such an added bonus. Anything you might need for your stay is provided. I loved the home so much, I want to move it North and live in it forever. Tracey is a wonderful hostess, very responsive and so nice. We are already talking about a return trip.

What a beautiful property in an amazing location.

Not sure how best to summarise my stay in Marco Island.......but if I could give the overall experience 6 stars I would for sure. The property is in immaculate condition and perfectly sized for a party of up to 6 people providing all the requirements you would expect renting a villa/house. It truly felt like I was staying in my own holiday home with all the top range appliances and facilities I expect to have in my own home. That is the truth.......it felt like a home. Location could not have better with the walk to the beach taking less than 10 mins door to water which included the "time" expected getting the the beach with small children in tow!! Everything you could want for the beach was in the garage including chairs, parasols, buckets and spades and best of all a wagon to load it all into and pull to the beach!!! Would I stay here again, without question YES. The house was perfect and impressed the most important person........Mrs A........impress her and I know I've done right. As for the owners, 5 stars again and would be 6 if I could give that. Totally responsive to all questions both leading up to the trip and whilst we were there which is refreshing. Thank you Tracey and family for letting us use what is clearly a loved property by you and your family. Julian

Great updated property close to beach

Tracey was great to deal with and the house had everything we needed. The outdoor seating was very comfortable and we loved spending time in the good size pool, the pool closet had lots of pool floats, etc. All the beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The house and pool area were very clean. The bedroom TV's were smart TV's so we had the option to watch things on Netflix. The living room TV and patio TV weren't smart TV's but there were lots of channels to watch and it was great watching TV outside. The beach access is less than 5 minutes away and Marco Walk Plaza restaurants/bars were about 15 minutes walk. I would definitely recommend this property.

Absolutely Awesome

Just returned from a month long stay and we could not have ask for any better accommodations and communication with owner. The house is beautiful, well stocked, plenty pool and beach supplies and just a short walk to the beach. Many restaurants are within walking distance also. I really cannot say enough good things about the house and surrounding neighborhood.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Our family fell in love with this house the first time we saw it. This property offers the best of both worlds, a large screened lanai with a heated pool and a very short 1 block walk to the beach. The house was built in 1999 and is very modern. We renovated everything in the house We love the close proximity to the Marriott resort, the public beach access, and a short walk to many restaurants.
