2 luxurious 125 sq.m apartments with room for 5 guests, one on the ground floor with a private garden, a few steps from the water, the other apartment is right above the first. An amazing view of the mountains on Mahé, ideally located in the inner bay: the best location on Eden Island. You will find an electric car at your disposal with a garage. Arranged with delicacy and a quality finish. 450 MB internet/week, 2 LCD TVs, 100 DSTV channels, Canal+, Miele electronic appliances, barbecue, etc... 4 beaches are very accessible, 2 swimming pools and 2 baby pools, a garden for the kids, 2 beach volleyball courts, a tennis court, kayaks are available. Several restaurants, evening entertainment and an air-conditioned fitness centre with trainer.

Meals available on request.

The new Eden Plaza with Creole architecture is open and located 400 metres away. You will find a supermarket there, several restaurants, bars, a casino, ice cream parlour, 2 banks and around 40 boutiques, all this and a big covered car park under it, without leaving Eden Island.

It is really easy!

There are many activities on Eden Island: fishing, boat rental, tours, scuba diving, jet skiing, etc. Eden Island and its Creole architecture form the largest garden in the Seychelles and has 24 hour security. Eden is connected by a bridge to Mahé. Mahé is the prettiest and biggest of the Seychelles islands with its 70 beaches and flourishing green mountains. You should allow at least a week to get to know all its delights.

About Ronan Bargain

I am a captain of a ocean-worthy tuna fishing boat.

My wife is a trained biologist and she looks after the 2 flats when I am away.

We have a 12 m catamaran that we rent out and that I use on my time-off when it is not rented out.

We loved it - an amazing find - great to have had the opportunity to stay

Eden island is a perfect location for a break with 4 beaches, 2 swimming pools, a shopping and restaurant complex and an electric transport buggy - what more could you want. There are two apartments - we had the ground floor which was perfect, with a garden, kayak and access to the boating area. Ronan and Geda took excellent care of us. We were a family of 4 (children aged 10+12). We had a couple of small problems with the apartment which were taken care of promptly. Unfortunately the boat trip collection from the pontoon at the end of the garden was no longer available. We instead went on a trip organised by Mason travel which was very good. Geda cooked us an excellent meal (fresh fish creole style and a special non-spicy version for the children). The whole time there was really wonderful and we'd love to go back. Our only advice would be to try to pre-book your pick up from the airport. We were fleeced 50 Euro by the taxi driver for the 10 minute journey. We understand Mason travel offer a transfer service - worth investigating.

Outstanding

We have been traveling all over the world for the past 20 years, and never experienced the service we received from the staff. When a family member became very ill, they went of their way to assist. Locating the doctor, and continued to check on the ill family member.

The apartment was everything we had hoped for, with a fantastic view of the water. The staff was always ready to assist. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent stay

My husband and I stayed here for 11 nights in December/January. The apartment is exceptionally well equipped. It is very spacious and private with a beautiful view from the garden. The golf buggy is an added bonus and great fun! Eden Island itself is stunning with everything you need on your door step. All in all a great holiday!

Apartment located on the water's edge, in the first bay, the most peaceful part of Eden Island. The nearest beach is 50 metres away. The view of the Mahé mountains is spectacular and very clear. Behind the apartment there is a 2 hectare tropical garden. Eden island is in the bay of the isle of Mahé. Eden island is connect to Mahé by a secure-access bridge.

A shopping centre opened its doors at the end of 2013. There is a covered garage in the basement,a supermarket, several restaurants, bars and banks, a casino and quite a few boutiques. All are three minutes away in your electric car and without leaving the island. This allows you to make the most of your holidays here with everything close by.

Enjoy the 70 beaches on Mahé. Victoria is 3 km away. The airport is 4 km away. There are always cabs available at the airport on your arrival to Eden Island (journey is around € 15). You are 5 minutes from the small capital city. Victoria and its many lively streets. The central hospital is 3 km away.

Eden is the largest garden in the Seychelles. 4 beaches within 50, 100 and 300 meters of the apartment. The architecture is Creole style. Here the convivial and peaceful atmosphere is evident. Only electric cars (EPV - Environmental Performance Vehicles) and bicycles are allowed.
