Charming cottage fully equipped, comfortable for your relaxation and sightseeing. Lovely garden, with 2 relaxation area and a ground for games (700 m2). All shops whose bakery 100m. House of 150 m2, well equipped, hall, kitchen, living room overlooking a small terrace, 4 bedrooms, office, dressing room, a fitted washing machine and dryer laundry room, games room (table tennis, basketball, game darts). the distribution of parts allows everyone to have their space. This house is also a nice relaxing way to use that as a base for the moments of break. very well situated for visiting the city (Cathedral, Bayeux Tapestry, various museums, omaha beach landing sites, Utah beach), relaxing on the many beaches, only to discover most widely Mont St Michel, Deauville, Honfleur, Cherbourg and its museum of the sea (submarine to visit). You can still practice in the area on bungee jumping, hang gliding, sand yachting etc. On the free time do not forget the local markets. Welcome!
I am delighted to discover my area; far from Bayeux for professional reasons, I am delighted to offer tourists who come to discover this area dear to my heart.
I am married with 3 children and grandmother of Axel calling me Malou :)

I wish you a good stay in France and especially in Normandy
Our group consisted of four adult males, and a 12 year old girl. The house provided plenty of room for all of us, and for all our luggage, etc. We also had a rental car, which was easily accommodated in the driveway. The location was exactly what we were looking for, as we used Bayeux as a home base for our week-long WWII odyssey. The kitchen was sufficient for us to cook most of our own meals during our stay, and the washing machine/dryer gave us the ability to clean our laundry (allowing us to skimp on our luggage a little bit).
The neighborhood is pretty quiet, with good access to walking/running/biking trails as well. There is a bakery and a gas station VERY close by. Grocery stores are just about walking distance. The bakery is definitely worth a (daily) visit. You can walk to the center of town in the evenings to explore the city, with minimal effort.
This owner (Beatrice) was delightful to work with. She was very responsive to messages, both before and during our travel. Everything was exactly as she said it would be, which is always a great relief when traveling so far from home. I would stay here again, almost solely based upon my positive interactions with her!
Thank you so much. We were totally satisfied with our stay!
This was an absolutely beautiful home, with lots of space for our children to roam. We were 3 adults and 5 children traveling to see the beaches and museums and this was the perfect place to lay our heads at night. There were toys for the children and even a basketball hoop and ball outside. It was about a 20 minute drive to Omaha Beach. Grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants all were within walking distance.
I would highly recommend this place for families or larger groups of people traveling together.
The host was easy to communicate with and genuinely cared about our stay.
Great location for Normandy region. My parents and I stayed here for 3 days as we explored the area. Bayeux is the perfect location for D-Day tours and history. The town itself has many museums and wonderful restaurants. The house is spacious and has everything needed for a group and/or family. Recommend this house for anyone wanting to visit Normandy.
My friends and I (4 men) were on a vacation in Normandy. We stayed in this house for 6 nights and were very happy with it. The owner had left us very clear instructions on what we could and could not do.
The center is not far, it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk. There are a few good grocery stores around, one even in walking distance from the house. There is a nice bakery just around the corner and a couple decent restaurants close by and a few good ones a short walking distance away near the cathedral.
If you have a car to use (and you have to have a car to use to get around), this is definitely the house to rent. It has great connections everywhere around Normandy. And it is easy to find, you won't get lost. There is enough parking space for cars really close by if you don't want to park it in the closed yard.
I would recommend this house to groups and families.
Truly an excellent find for our family of 5. The property was exactly as depicted - clean, spacious, and exceptionally maintained. The kids had numerous games and toys to play with, and the spacious yard made for a great place for them to run around after a day of sightseeing. The property is located just on the outside of downtown Bayeux, with an easy 20 minute walk to the cathedral, tapestry, and restaurants. It's also just a few minutes drive to major D-Day sights such as Omaha Beach and the American Cemetery. Beatrice and her mother were excellent hosts as well. I can't imagine a more spacious home with a better location to explore Normandy. I give this property my highest rating. Book it for your Normandy vacation and you won't be disappointed!
The property was everything we expected and much more. Everything you could need for a family (5 kids) holiday in Normandy. Clean and tidy with every utility avaliable including a very good kitchen, garage with bikes and table tennis, BBQ by the patio and any number of games to play. Perfect location to wander into the town on an evening or drive to the WW2 museums during the day. I would recommend the property to friends and family.
again a fantastic property and holiday. Thank you Béatrice.
