Casa Coin is a cosy villa with nice views of the mountains and Mediterranean Sea.

Casa Coin is a private villa which offers a great setting in which to relax; enjoy the views, laze in the pool, sunbathe and barbecue and eat outdoors all day.

The villa offers several terraces and is distributed over two levels.

On the ground floor you will find a bright living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a TV with some satellite channels available and a DVD player. Free WIFI. There is air conditioning in the lounge area. Doors give out onto the terrace and from the lliving room there is access to the roof terrace with amazing views.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All bedrooms give out to a terrace that leads to the swimming pool. Every bedroom has air-conditioning.

There is also off-street parking in front of the villa.

The main beach of Nerja with many restaurants/bars and shops is a 10 minutes walk. There is a big Mercadona supermarket at 300 meters distance.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac above Burriana Beach is this attractive 3 bedroom detached villa offering ample living accommodation both inside and out.

At the front of the house there is private off street parking and a terrace area to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun. Inside the American style kitchen is fully fitted and equipped and separated from the main living area by an attractive feature archway. The large, split level living-dining room is bright and airy and benefits from a chimney for those cooler winter months. Patio doors lead out onto a South East facing terrace with sea and mountain views and access to a wonderful South facing roof terrace where the most can be made of the amazing views.

Downstairs there is a full bathroom, 3 double bedrooms, the master having an en-suite shower room and all with direct access to a terrace which leads via a few steps down to the private swimming pool and further terracing ideal for sun bathing.

Amazing villa and swimming pool with sea views!

We would definitely recommend this property.....the views from the terrace of both the mountains and the sea were amazing. The swimming pool was perfect and very private. The house was lovely and a great layout, three different terraces to relax on.

It's a fairly steep walk back up from Burriana Beach if you don't use the car but the views and the excellent privacy are definitely worth it.

Overall we would highly recommend the town of Nerja and this villa!

Very comfortable , a little updating needs doing and a little TLC but really enjoyed it and very close to everything without being on top of it . Would definitely recommend .

Het huis bood ons alles wat we wensten. We konden 's morgens buiten ontbijten, na de middag in de zon een boekje lezen bij het zwembad, 's avonds van een aperitief genietend de zon zien ondergaan. Het huis ligt in een heel rustige buurt, maar toch nog net dicht genoeg bij het oude centrum van Nerja en van het strand.

De keuken is goed uitgerust voor wie zelf wil koken, alles is heel aangenaam en zoals op de foto's.

Ook het contact met Debby verliep uiterst vlot. Er werd altijd meteen op een mail of vraag gereageerd. Zo was in ons gezelschap een dame met een gebroken been en Debby gaf ons meteen de nodige info om in Nerja een rolstoel te huren.

We zijn uiterst tevreden en zouden dit adres iedereen aanraden!

Relaxing holiday in a peaceful location with a glorious outlook

Having just returned from Nerja I would like to express my appreciation to Debby the proprietor and pass on to others how charming my friends and I found Villa Coin to be. The views are truly wonderful and the Villa itself is very comfortable and ideally located for a peaceful break, however if you choose there are beaches, shops, bars, restaurants etc just a 10 minute walk away. I would highly recommend Villa Coin and if my friends and I ever return to Nerja I will definitely be in touch with Debby who was efficient, helpful and very friendly.

Phantastische Ausblicke über den Dächern von Nerja

Alles war so perfekt, wie in der Ausschreibung beschrieben. Schnell ist man zu Fuß am Strand und in der Altstadt. Der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen entspannten Urlaub.

Prettige, verzorgde woning met prachtig uitzicht

Met ons gezin hier een heerlijke week gehad. Genoten van deze royale en rustig gelegen woning met veel privacy en buiten veel plekken om te zonnen. Alles was netjes verzorgd en schoon. Van de verhuurder kregen we goede tips voor uitjes in de omgeving. Een plek om ooit weer eens naar terug te gaan.

With its mild climate, you can enjoy yourself to the full all year round and take advantage of the relaxed way of life of a small town that still retains much of the character of its moorish past. Today, Nerja offers an excellent range of quality accommodation and leisure time facilities. There are thirteen Kms. of beaches, including the internationally famous Burriana beach and the small coves below the impressive cliffs of Maro, which have been the inspiration of numerous artists who have set up residence here.

Lovers of the nature can enjoy the wonderful countryside in the area. For those who seek alternative activities on their holidays, there is fishing, diving, waterskiing, canoeing, water bikes, hiking, cycling, horseriding, jeep safaris, paragliding and much more... with authorized services.

The historic centre, that begins in the Balcon de Europa (Balcony of Europe), was constructed around 1487. Former 9th Century Castle, it is now a viewing point above the sea. To the side of the Balcon, you will find the 17th Century El Salvador Church, constructed in baroque-mudejar style. You may also visit the 16th Century Nuestra Señora de las Angustias Hermitage with its paintings by the master Alonso Cano.

The Axarquia, east of Malaga, with its sub-tropical temperatures is known for the best climate in Europe. The Axarquia comarca (district) is bordered by the Mediterranean to the south and mountains, which shelter the area, to the north.Until a few years ago when rural tourism took off, Axarquia was one of Andalucia's forgotten areas. Major attractions are the spectacular unspoilt countryside and coastal villages. The hill and mountain scenery are ablaze with flowers and blossom from January onwards. Shepherds lead their goats and sheep through hills and valleys, eagles soar the skies and pretty, unspoiled white villages abound, each having a version of local sweet wine made from sun-dried grapes.Axarquia is riven with deep valleys lined with terraces and irrigation channels that go back to the time of Muslim occupation. Almost all the villages that dot the olive, almond and vine-planted hillsides are of Arab origin and the influence is seen in the layout of the narrow, winding streets lined with white-washed houses reflecting the sunlight. There are also many lush tropical river valleys with orange and lemon groves, eucalyptus, avocado, banana, kiwi, chirimoya and mango trees. Wild herbs and lavendar grow everywhere and further up the foothills and mountain slopes there are pine, oak and carob trees.
