This luxurious property is located on the south coast of the island. It is set in tropical landscape gardens in a private road. The house is spacious and very tastefully decorated. The comfort of guests is a priority. Upstairs consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (the master with a Queensize four poster bed, ensuite and dressing room). The second bedroom also has an ensuite with twin beds, The third bedroom is downstairs which is suitable for the elderly or infirm. Downstairs the living, dining and kitchen areas benefit from ceiling fans as does the patio. Ideal if you want to have evening drinks watching the sun go down. In the living area there are two large sofas one of which is a sofa bed. The dining area has a large dining table which seats 6 people. The kitchen is fully fitted with a range cooker and a breakfast bar which also seats 6 people. A 2 minute walk to Cottonbay beach, and 7 minutes to Enterprise.

I was met at the property and given a tour to all the amenities and how everything works. Basic necessities (including snacks) were provided which helps after a long flight and all you want to do is lie down.
This well presented spacious house is conveniently located on a well known stretch of road lending a spectacular coastline view whilst I walked to the vital local beach.
The house is on a easy to access gated close, set back from the road where I could not hear any traffic. The ability to have quiet mornings listening to nature and the relaxing evenings on the porch is what I needed and I got it on this holiday.
It had everything I needed to enjoy a comfortable holiday with my young adult family. I took full advantage of the optional maid to avoid any cleaning on holiday.
The spacious laundry area had a sturdy efficient washing machine, dryer, iron and deep sink. Its appearance encouraged my young adults to do their own washing.
The kitchen had a large fridge freezer to hold the constant supply of large cool bottles of water and ample cupboard space for the snacks/food items. The kitchen had numerous utensils and tools to aid whatever the family wanted to prepare to eat on the spacious breakfast bar or on the dinning table. The dishwasher was ideal. Not too much cooking required on this food tasting island!
The 3 air conditioned bedrooms supported hot afternoon snoozes and nights. The en suite bathrooms/toilets kept the family of 5 calm as many showers were required in hot Barbados.
The channels on the TV had variety to entertain the odd evenings spent at home.
I would recommend hiring a car, which you can park on the drive, to get around this beautiful island.
Overall I had a wonderful time in this house which gave us ample dedicated space to do so.
Loved the location. Very close to surfing and we could walk to many places. The house was in a quiet, safe area. It was perfect for what we needed. We will definitely return.
A phenomenal experience!
The property was extremely, beautiful, clean and well maintained. The house is located in a picturesque gated community within a few minutes walk to the beach. The booking process was easy and simple. Talitha answered all of my questions and even arranged airport transportation for us. As a group of 7 college students traveling for spring break, this property was a great getaway that was the perfect balance between relaxing on the beach and still being close enough to enjoy the nightlife. The house is super spacious, it fit the 7 of us comfortably. I have absolutely no complaints and I couldn't ask for a better stay in Barbados. The island is paradise & this house is like having your own private, taste of paradise that is yours for the week. I can't wait to come back and stay here for all my future vacations.

A very comfortable, clean, safe property located in a small gated development 10 minutes walk from Miami beach. Well appointed including washing machine, tumble dryer and very good wi-fi.
Well managed and very minor niggles dealt with promptly which has not always been our experience in the Carribean.

Miami beach was a lovely 10-15min walk away although there was access to the sea 3 mins away (used by surfers).
We used the local transport from outside the main gates although the bus service is infrequent.

Perfect Location, Beautiful Property.
My boyfriend and I have recently come back from the most fantastic 2 weeks in Barbados and this was partly due to the wonderful Cotton Bay Villa. Matt and I have been visiting Barbados for the past 15 years and we finally decided to rent a villa so we could get that 'home away from home' feel. This property exceeded our expectations of this type of holiday. The property is set within a beautiful gated community. The interior is bright and fresh and has the most wonderful kitchen/diner area with quality appliances.It actually makes you want to stay in and cook! The Master bedroom as spacious with a walk in dressing area and a marvelous 4 poster bed! We really loved the fact that all 3 bedrooms came with their own separate bathroom and as it was just the 2 of us we had one each! The location is fantastic particularly if you love surfing ( which my boyfriend does!) You are just a couple of minutes away from Surfers Point which is fantastic if you are up for adventure. If you are more like me and love swimming in the beautiful sea and reading a good book , the fabulous Miami Beach is just a 5 minute walk down the road. Also, for those who enjoy great island cuisine , Cafe Luna is also just a 5 minute walk and Oystins is just 5 minutes in the car. Fish Fry on a Friday is unmissable. The airport is only 15 minutes from the property so you are able to get the house and start enjoying your holiday in record time!
I would recommend this villa to couples, groups of friends and those who really want to feel they are living on this beautiful Island and have the freedom to explore and merge into the local life. If you want to go to tourist areas the Gap is only 10 minutes. We danced the night away on a couple of nights but thoroughly enjoyed sitting at the isolated beach at Freights Bay, drinking a couple of cold banks and enjoying watching the most amazing sunsets.
I have already booked to go back in November and Matt and I both feel that we really wouldn't want to stay anywhere else now that we have experienced this beautiful, fully equipped property in such a great location and friendly, safe environment. I also look forward to going back when we start a family as this place is ideal for children.
I did feel that a swimming pool would top off the experience but who needs a pool when you have that stunning aqua marine ocean - bliss!
The property is located on the South Coast of the island. The nearest beach is Cottonbay which is a 2 minute walk away, ideal for Windsurfing and topping up that tan. It also boast spectacular views of the coastline. The beautiful Enterprise.
Golf: Calling all Golfers of all abilities. The Barbados Golf Clubis a champion golf course officially sanctioned by the European PGA tour. The atmosphere is friendly with attentive staff. It is a 18 hole course with rolling hills, wide open fairways and a series of coral waste bunkers. There is a large lake on 3 holes. The Golf Club's amenities include Terraced Club house which opens on to an expansive and unique triple green. Fantastic Bar & Restaurant, Golf Pro Shop, Electric Carts, Pull trolleys, Shoe and Club rentals, Practice putting and chipping greens, Practice warm-up nets, Tournaments & Group outings. They accept all major Credit cards.

The following cancellation policy applies to all reservations cancelled by Client before arrival. Cancellation 46 - 60 days is 25% of rental. Cancellation 45 days or less is 80% of rental. Early departures will not be refunded. A Refundable deposit of BBD 200 or 100 USD is required on arrival payable in cash.
