About James Yarosz
I am in my late 30's with a 7 year old daughter. We use this condo ourselves to escape the harsh Michigan winter from time-to-time.
James Yarosz purchased this Condo in 2014
Why James Yarosz chose Bradenton
We fell in love with Shorewalk the moment we stepped foot on the grounds in March 2014. It truly is a vacation resort, and the amenities are top-notch. Also, the location is hard to beat with several nice beaches just a few miles away and the IMG academy a mile down the road.

Great vacation condo
Enjoyed our stay. The owner is really nice, great communication and quick to respond. Enjoyed the amenities at the condo complex and the beaches just ten minutes away.
A wonderful trip!
Wonderful time as usual! Love the location and great condo!
Great condo in Bradenton
Had a great time at the condo at ShoreWalk in Bradenton. ShoreWalk is a very nice, quiet condo complex with very good amenities and very friendly people and staff. The place is well situated for shopping, the beaches, restaurants, movies, golf and visiting all parts of Central/West Coast of Florida. James was very responsive owner and a pleasure to deal with. The place was clean and large enough to fit our needs. We would stay here again if we were staying in that area.
Clean, well decorated condo in a nice development and location.
Nicely remodeled condo and very clean. Regarding discrepancies, the hairdryer did not work, the TV in the second bedroom did not work, the second bathroom had no towel bars or hooks, and there were beach towels for only two persons.
Very nice. Perfect location to numerous beaches.
Great host! Very accommodating to our change of schedule.
Such a great home away from home !
We had such a great time ~ very clean and comfortable ~ everything you could want ~ even beach chairs, umbrella, toys to take to the Anna Maria/ Bradenton beaches close enough. We all loved the 2 pools & jacuzzis a quick walk away. Stores & restaurants close by, too. In the area, I recommend going to The Ringling Museum & grounds in Sarasota and the DeSoto National Park. We enjoyed Sunset eating at the Seafood Shack on (right) Cortez Rd. just before the bridge to the beaches.
The owner, James, is great to communicate with. Do not hesitate to stay here ~ I want to go back !
