Now that our children have grown up and moved away, the house is too large for me and my wife. Therefore we have decided to rent it.
We are ready to let other people enjoy our lovely house, that is in a great location with sea views.
We have travelled quite a bit and know how to provide visitors with what they need without imposing.
Up until now we have heard only good things about the house.
People seem to have a great time in this villa that is equipped all the necessary items, we leave nothing to be desired!
We operate without security or obligatory reservation deposits.

There is capacity for 16 people in this villa that is perfect for 3-4 groups or families, who can be independent.
We are close to all the necessary amenities, and have sea views over Den Bosse beach. There is no need for a car.We are near to supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and buses. Everything is close by, although we are in a quiet residential neighbourhoodwith a private garden with a pool, a pond and a BBQ for 20 people.
Distribution: 7-8 people on the ground floor in 3 bedrooms and 4-5 upstairs in 2 bedrooms both with bathrooms and the main kitchen.
2-3 people in the studio flat with a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
4-5 people in the 2 independent flats with their kitchen and bathroom.
This is the best choice in terms of quality, location, and price for 16 people in 8 bedrooms on a 360 m2 property with a 1650 m2 garden. You can bring a dog but they must stay in the garden and outside areas.
There are sea views in this central location, that is still in a quiet and pastoral.
The large house has three living rooms and porches to relax on...it is extensive giving it an intimate feel.
Aside from the 3 ground-floor bedrooms, there are also 2 adjoining studios with separate entrances on either side of the house with completely independent bathrooms and kitchens (4 fridges).
On the first floor there is an en-suite bedroom, a single bedroom, balconies and large terraces with 360-degree views.
The tropical garden has a waterfall that gushes down into a pond, with an island, full of colourful fish. There are 2 bungalows with 2 beds if you wish to be next to the large barbecue with water, lights, and a fridge. There are more than 16 place settings.
The swimming pool has a security fence and is completely enclosed with cypress trees. We offer safety deposit boxes,alarms, a computer,and a beach volleyball set.
This is a strategic location, whether or not you have a car, for a holiday in a home away from home!
The residential area is very safe, with mountain and sea views.

the Villa was very clean and had everything you could imagine basketball, football, skateboard bicycle , we had a blast.

The villa is managed by the owner, not by an agent, therefore all the costs are included and we do not ask for deposit against damages.
There is free transfer to and from the airport.
Bank transfers are accepted as payment for the first 50 % of the rent due (payments of 10 %, 20 %, and 20 %).
The remaining half of the rent can be paid on arrival in cash or via credit card.
The owner is available to assist and advise you on all aspects of your holiday, including how to get around the island.
Although the house is within walking distance of all sites and close to a bus stop, a car can be useful. However, it is possible to rent a minivan service.
The house is perfect for 1-3 families or groups.
The independent bedrooms offer space for 16 people.
6-8 can sleep in additional beds, sofas, bungalows or smaller rooms.
Location and surroundings: we are located outside of the urbanised area, 3 km away from the beach, 400 m from the town centre, 4.9 km from the airport, 300 m from the supermarket, 300 m from the bus station, and 4 km from the hospital.
