Fabulous villa located in a quiet area of Torre San Giovanni in Marina di Ugento 400 mt. from the centre , at 550 mt. from the picturesque white sand beach that reaches Pescoluse via Torre Mozza , Lido Marini and Torre Pali. Well connected with the coastal road that connects Gallipoli (13 km ) to Santa Maria di Leuca (18 km). The villa is structured on 3 levels : ground floor, low floor and first floor. In all features well no. 6 bedrooms ( 4 on the first floor , 2 on the low floor , one bedroom with bunk beds ), no. 2 equipped kitchens with adjoining dining rooms , no. 4 bathrooms with shower , one with bathtub , no. 1 washing machine , parking facilities and n . 5 air conditioners to not suffer the sultry days of August.
