The apartment is set in a very popular location, in one of the most vibrant areas of Prague and within easy reach of the major sights and attractions.

On the doorstep you will discover an extensive selection of places to eat and drink, local shopping, entertainment and night life together with some superb shopping in Parizska street, which has many of the best known major retailers along with leading restaurants, outdoor cafes, pubs and trendy bars. This unique apartment with its surrounding entertainment facilities offers the perfect escape.

The Apartment Attic Kozi is a superb flat, generously proportioned, with enough space for up to seven guests to turn it into their holiday hideaway in Prague. The apartment is fully equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay, this is the perfect spot for an unforgettable stay in this amazing city. Guests will appreciate the high standard and the excellent facilities on offer here, for a surprisingly modest price.

Prague has an extensive public transport system comprising metro, tram and buses, 'Staromestska' is the nearest metro station which is less than five minutes' walk away, providing easy access to all Prague. Several bus stops are also within walking distance.

The Apartment Attic Kozi is located on the fifth floor in a building with lift.

We kindly remind you that young groups and parties of any kind (stag, hen, bachelor etc...) are not allowed in the apartment. STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. We are not flexible at this point and we will not accept such kind of travellers at their arrival.

Layout: This bright split-level three bedroom and two bathroom attic apartment with lots of woodwork is situated in a building with a new lift. The lower level consists of large living room with fully fitted open space kitchen, master bedroom, en-suite bathroom and separate toilet. The upstairs is reached by a staircase, there is the second bedroom, the third bedroom, the second bathroom and a gallery overlooking the living room area.

Note: The apartment boasts high quality materials, including wood floors and original wood beams.

General facilities: air conditioned with mobile AC units, security door, electric opened windows, Wi-Fi Internet free of charge, Astra satellite connection, hair dryer in each bathroom, welcome pack (including shower gel + shampoo, cotton swabs (buds) and cosmetic cotton pads), washing machine, ironing facilities and fans in the whole apartment.

The apartment was pefect - the location, well appointed, spacious, wonderful coffee machine, and the hosts were extremely helpful, including transportation to/from train stations and airports. One piece of advice: read the payment instructions carefully. Bring cash/currency with you to settle the account. I did not and had to go to several ATMs to get enough cash to pay - made from a stressful arrival. Other than that, perfection. Thank you!
