Excellent Apartment

Communication with tbe host was excellent prior to our holiday. He met us and showed us the apartment and amenities wearing a mask and keeping good social distancing. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Our flight was not until late evening and we were abld to stay in tbe apartment all day. Woukd recommend this host and his apartment

Really clean and well equipped apartment. Plenty of room for 4 adults and in a great location.

A surprisingly big apartment (a lot bigger than expected from the pictures), really well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Great location, a 300-400 yards walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. On arrival Juan Carlos was waiting and showed us around. A welcome touch was a bottle of cava for us. Had an issue with the hot water (wasn’t staying warm enough for 4 people to shower) so messaged Juan Carlos who was there the next day to fit a new hot water system, which improved the issue. Really impressed with the quickness of his response. Also arranged taxis to and from the airport for us. A change of towels would have been nice during the week and is perhaps something to consider going forward.

Great apartment in perfect location.

The apartment is spacious and above the Spar supermarket. Don’t be put off by this, it’s very quiet. Kitchen has everything you need, air con in main bedroom and lounge, large balcony with mountain views and afternoon sun. The ONLY negative is the lack of hot water. You may if you’re quick get away with 2 showers, you certainly won’t get away with 4. The location is literally 2 minutes max to the beach. Apartment block is kept very clean and tidy. The owner Juan is a very nice man who replies quickly to messages and met us on arrival. He will also book your taxis for you. Ours was €50 each way. Journey time is half hr airport to apartment. As for Mogan it’s quite simply the nicest resort in the island in our humble opinion. Average cost for family of 4 eating out with bottle of wine €90-€100. We will definitely stay here again. Just a final point if your wondering about standard of accommodation etc. This is a 2 bed apartment. In the same block a one bed apartment is currently for sale for €339,000!!!! Say no more. Enjoy.

14 glorious days of sunshine

This property is ideally situated in the centre of Puerto de Mogan and just above a large Spar shop. We did not experience any undue noise from the shop. The apartment is 400m from the bus station and seafront and also has a lift. The bedding on the double bed was a problem as they were nylon and very slippery but as soon as we complained about them they were replaced. Also the hot water supply was very hit and miss. There were four of us showering and we made sure that we allowed time between each shower but inevitably at least two of us had showers that ran out of hot water.

Lovely clean comfortable apartment

The apartment was great. Bright, clean and comfortable, in a smart building close to the beach and restaurants. Juan was very friendly and very helpful when we had to contact him, but there were a couple of things that I think I need to highlight. The first thing is the bed linen, it is very cheap and old fashioned and we had to ask Juan to change it as it was very bobbled and uncomfortable. Good cotton bedding would make a world of difference! The second thing is the shower. No one had mentioned it in any reviews I had read but we found it to be quite a big problem as the system isn't big enough to supply 4 showers, one after the other. We found that if you turn the water on so that it just starts to run out but not spray, two people will be able to shower. I don't think anything can be done about the shower but if the bedding was improved I would definitely review the apartment as a 4 star and would be more than happy to stay there again.
