The views are magnificent and the accommodations first-class at Sea Shell House on Cinnamon Beach. Overlooking the golf course and lake, it offers lovely vistas from 2 balconies. And while you stay, you can access all the fine amenities of Cinnamon Beach!

Featuring a brand new private pool, this 3-story house is nestled among palms and open spaces in the beautiful gated Cinnamon Beach resort in Palm Coast. A private walking trail leads you across the lake and down to the coquina-shell sands of Cinnamon Beach in a matter of moments. All of the activities and equipment of this world-class resort are at your disposal: swimming pools, Jacuzzi, gym, clubhouse, game room, kids' splash zone, and so much more! And then there's the Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course right outside your window. How will you ever have time for everything there is to do here?! Please note, the kids' splash zone is currently under construction.

Start right at home -- on the third-floor balcony of Sea Shell House, overlooking the beautiful lake and green. You'll feel as though you're in the treetops here, with a view that extends for miles. Directly below you, underbrush forms a natural sanctuary for waterfowl and other birds, who will sing to you in the morning and call in the twilight. The sunset is spectacular from this vantage point, so plan to spend a happy hour around the table . . . and don't forget the camera!

The third-floor balcony is perfect for sunbathing and stargazing, but if you want relief from the afternoon heat, venture out onto the second-story balcony instead.

The inside of Sea Shell House is just as spacious and lovely as the outside. The third floor is the main living and dining area, with a family room that boasts a TV with cable and DVD player, and great views of the golf course and lake. There's access to the balcony from this room, plenty of space on the big sectional sofa to nap, and a light atmosphere.

Adjacent to the family room is the dining area and kitchen. Gather around our big table for a family feast or a raucous game of Uno, and when it's time to prepare drinks or snacks, rely on our well-stocked, contemporary kitchen. There's plenty of room in here for 2 or more cooks, plus helpers at the breakfast bar. You'll love the island workspace, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils we've provided. There's even a handy desk, just in case you want to set up the laptop and check the opening times of your next sightseeing attraction. With free WiFi at Sea Shell House, you're always connected!

The master suite is also on the third floor, with access to the balcony, cool lavender-toned walls, and cheerful accents. A king-sized bed offers views of the lake, golf course, and even a glimpse of the ocean, while the master bath contains both a tub and shower option, tiled floors, and a bright sunshine.

Two more bedrooms occupy the second floor: one with a queen-sized bed, plenty of space, balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom with both a tub and a shower; the other with a queen-sized bed. There is also a two queen sofa bed for extra guests. So many lovely spaces, so much to explore!

Sea Shell House is so comfortable that you will feel at home here immediately. We provide all the linens, blankets, pillows, and towels you need for every bed and bath, plus a washer and dryer to keep everything clean and fresh.

Great Property, Terrible Management

I should have paid attention to the one negative review on this property. I hardly ever write reviews but I felt this one was deserved. I had the property reserved and was not sure of the people coming and the management team insisted that they need all the names and drivers licenses as well as the license plates and make and model of cars of guests. Otherwise, they would not be allowed on the property. I did not care to share this with them until they were going to not allow me to stay there without a refund. I was upset with them to say the least. The property itself was great and there were no issues there but I would not stay here again based on the management company.

We stayed at this house Thanksgiving week. We started with an empty propane tank in the gas grill. After 3 calls and no response - we had to fill the tank ourselves. Then we try to turn on the cooktop to cook dinner and there was no propane in the house!! You can imagine what this was like during Thanksgiving dinner. This rental company is completely unresponsive and I would highly recommend renting from owners directly otherwise you are going to spend your time constantly calling the company.

Also this house is very sparingly equipped in the kitchen. 3 pots, very few pans and no extras as it pertains to spices or just basic needs. We had to also purchase our own salt and left it for the next guests.

We rent from VRBO at least 3-4 times per year and this is the first negative review I have written. I have tried to work with the management company and needless to say - they still haven't called me back.
