Hi! My name is Steve Milo and I started Vacation Rental Pros in 2006. Our family stays in vacation rental homes whenever we travel, both domestically and abroad! I own several vacation homes and listen carefully to all our guests' feedback. Our greatest compliment is when folks refer Vacation Rental Pros to their friends and relatives. We now manage over 1,800 properties in Florida, Tennessee and South Carolina. We have homes in Ft. Myers Beach, Orlando, St. Augustine Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Coast, Ponte Vedra Beach, Hilton Head and Gatlinburg. We booked over 15,000 rentals and received over 5,000 guest reviews in 2016. Please call if you need help booking your dream vacation!
Working with VRBO was miserable. I will never do it again.
After calling the center in florida about 15-20 times I finally was able to solidify a rental home for my daughters birthday.
I felt like I was talking to a bunch of doped up teenagers.
Absolutely MISERABLE experience.
Yeah, the only reason you get "one" star is because it wouldn't submit with ZERO !!!
We booked this home to celebrate our new marriage and to invite family over for dinner to celebrate. It was the perfect house to entertain. The decor is bright and colorful, the perfect backdrop for a fun-filled vacation. Though a little weathered it is still beautiful. If you have kids, it is perfect, it basically has a "finished" basement with wet bar for the kids to keep snacks and sodas with an entertainment center to gather around.
All in all, a wonderful stay with great customer service. Thank you.
A small group of us get together once a year. The guys all served on a ship at Mayport,Fl. together in the early 1960's This was the second time we stayed at this house. We found the house to be clean and very comfortable. Location is great. One complaint is the one bedroom on the top level is not correct. There is only a sleeper sofa in the room and we could not find the pump to inflat the mattress. One couple could not come at the last minute so it worked out for us but it would have been a problem otherwise. Several dining room chairs could use repairs. The owner and agency were great and I would recommend this property to others.
Perfect location, close to the beach, close to St. Augustine. No problems at all, Vacation Pros did a great job answering all our questions and setting everything up.
