Lovely modern apartment renovated in 2013 of 85 m², close to all amenities, 5 mins from the lifts of Prorel (Serre Chevalier) and 15 mins Montgenevre.

Located in the heart of the historic city of Briançon, 30 m from the Collegiate Church, enjoy a private terrace with stunning views of the Serre Chevalier valley.

You will experience the charm and atmosphere of the old town, shops, bars and restaurants without suffering the inconvenience. You can drive to the apartment thanks to the available remote control (handy for shopping, ski back, luggage, children ...). Parking is easily 150 m.

The apartment consists

-a ground floor with a living room, modern fitted kitchen (induction) with bar and dining area, 2 bedrooms (double and 1 quadruple 1) a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, a pantry with storage and direct access to the site of the Temple.

-a lower level for the happiness of the youngest (served from the living room by a spiral staircase) consisting of a dorm room (2 x 2 bunk beds and 1 drawer bed), bathroom with tub , a separate toilet and a ski / bike accessible from the outside by a wide staircase adjoining the terrace.

Un appartement trés agréable et bien pensé ...

Ma famille et moi avons passé un séjour super dans cet appartement niché dans la citadelle briançonnaise. L'appartement est clair et très fonctionnel. La déco est sobre et très contemporaine. La cuisine est bien équipée (il y manque peut-être une bouilloire électrique et une théière pour les amateurs de thé !) Le couchage est très correct. C'est pratiquement un sans faute pour cet appartement que je recommande vivement à tous les futurs locataires. Une mention spéciale également pour l'accueil, effectué avec sourire et professionnalisme.

Encore une fois bravo.
