It is set in near a market that takes place on Tuesday and Friday and two subway lines (6 and 8), which will allow you to easily reach all the areas of Paris, and a taxi station.

You will only need a few minutes to access the A3, A4, and A6 highways thanks to the beltway right next to the district.

With wide avenues lined with trees, 10 minutes walking away from the Bois de Vincennes, one of the green areas of the capital city, from the Place de la Bastille and Place de la Nation, and from the Gare de Lyon, this apartment is also really close to many sport infrastructures (5 minutes away walking from the Palais Omnisport de Paris Bercy), or to the UGC cinema, passing by the Viaduc des Arts.
