This apartment is located in a shopping street and close to public transportation of which a Vélib' station (public bicycle), a taxi station, and subway lines (lines 6 and 8), all of it nestled in a green setting, with very wide avenues lined by trees. The centre of Paris is only 5 minutes away by subway, with the lines 6 and 8. The latter is less than 2 minutes away from the apartment.
This commercial district is very lively. You will find everything you need in the many shops and handicraft shops, in particular on the Viaduc des Arts, located on the Daumesnil avenue, towards Place de la Bastille.
Facing the sunrise, the apartment is ideal for a breakfast under the sun. A air-conditioning with reverse cycle is available in the apartment for more comfort.
Frederic was very communicative before we arrived. He met us curbside and took us in. He spent an hour going over the apartment, all modern apliances. He suggested different sites and was very nice. The apartment was very clean, and good location. Farmers market Tuesday and Friday mornings on the street in front, convenient to metro and taxi and 15 min walk to seine. Very quiet at night which was welcome after a long day in the city. He met us the day we left, looked over apartment and walked us to taxi. Overall very nice experience. With the sofa pulled out a little cramped but still comfortable.
Sweet modern apartment with everything you could need. Frederic was the best host. Extremely helpful and attentive to our needs. The metro is close and will take you anywhere you need to go. Fantastic street market on Mondays and Fridays. Grocery store just up the street. Comfortable beds with nice sheets. Super clean. I highly recommend!
Although it rained the entire time during my stay, the comfort and openness of the apartment made my visit very enjoyable stay. The apartment is compact, clean and comfortable. The location, in a residential neighborhood, provides all of the amenities that living in Pairs offers. The apartment is located away from tourist areas, but access to two Metro lines is close. Frederic is an ideal host. He takes great care to make sure the apartment is clean and functional and that his guest understand how to access all of the essential equipment. He also provided an informative tour of the area, and escorted me to the local taxi stand on departure. I hope to return soon.

Everything very clean and in working order with all that you need on your street! Market twice a week, 2 metro stops close by, Velib stations on either corner, fantastic bakeries and cafe's. Could not ask for more! The owner, Frederic, goes above and beyond. Awaited our arrival, toured us around the apartment and then around the block with hints and suggestions to make our stay even better. The fantastic sleep on a newer bed, used the kitchen for breakfast and dinner a few times, even ate our dessert on the terrace more than once! If we are so lucky to return to beautiful Paris we will definitely be staying here again!
What you see is just what you get! The apartment is just as cute and cozy as the pictures depict. We like to stay away from the tourist trappings of our destinations for an opportunity to unwind and decompress from a day of sightseeing and dealing with the hustle and bustle. This is the perfect spot to do so. While the area is filled with bakeries, cafes, grocery stores and specialty stores, the apartment is set back away from the the street and you are in a world of your own. When you are ready to venture about, public transpiration is readily available. The subway system is very easy to navigate!
The apartment is comfortably furnished, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare and serve a meal and the bedroom is comfortable. In addition there is excellent internet service, a washer and 2 terraces that we didn't get to experience since the weather wasn't terrace friendly
What was friendly was Frederic! He met us at the apartment with a fresh bowl of fruit and a bottle of wine. Frederic also gave us information we needed to understand the subway system . (very helpful) We toured the apartment, learned the in and outs of how unfamiliar appliances operate and then we strolled around the neighborhood. Frederic pointed out places we might like to shop or eat and a few we might like to avoid. When it came time to leave, Frederic came saw us off and made sure the driver understood where we going.
We stayed 2 weeks. We were very comfortable and found the apartment to be quiet and the neighborhood safe. A great place to stay while in Paris.
Trust the website. Trust your host, Frederic! This apartment was a great way to spend a week in Paris. Very clean and well stocked. Great neighbourhood ( unbelievable markets on Tuesday and Friday), supermarkets close by and 100 meters to the twenty minute train ride to the Eiffel Tower. Nice to be on the top floor of the four story building as well!!

In the heart of the Place Daumesnil area, in the 12th district of Paris, this apartment is located in a animated shopping street. It is set in near a market that takes place on Tuesday and Friday and two subway lines (6 and 8), which will allow you to easily reach all the areas of Paris, and a taxi station.
You will only need a few minutes to access the A3, A4, and A6 highways thanks to the beltway right next to the district.
With wide avenues lined with trees, 10 minutes walking away from the Bois de Vincennes, one of the green areas of the capital city, from the Place de la Bastille and Place de la Nation, and from the Gare de Lyon, this apartment is also really close to many sport infrastructures (5 minutes away walking from the Palais Omnisport de Paris Bercy), or to the UGC cinema, passing by the Viaduc des Arts.
