Recent chalet wooden residence, 3 levels, 2 garages in ground floor.

Recently built chalet (2006), independent, mostly wooden, located in residence, unobstructed access all seasons. Rated 4 stars by the Alpes Maritimes prefecture. Suitable for up to 8 people. Total area 147m² on 3 levels with 93m² of living space. Has 2 garages on the ground floor accessible from the floors, the first with: living room with stove, kitchen, bedroom and separate bathroom, toilet, a second floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets. Electric underfloor heating and convectors. Large terrace overlooking the first slopes and valley in the second balcony with same view. South-south west exposure. Ski out. Shops in the heart of 300m station. small funicular or by free shuttle. Possibility to rent on site linens and personal laundry. Reception and departure provided on site by professional staff or by ourselves

Terms: A rental contract is established to avoid any surprises for both the tenant for the landlord. It stipulates a 25% deposit payable on booking, the balance 4 weeks before entering the premises. In case of late booking the full rental is required upon booking.

Insurance as a tenant will be required. In general comprehensive insurance tenant of the main house covers the risk liability on holiday. This certificate is to ask your insurance company.

An inventory is established in and out by professional staff, which can also occur for any problems occurring during the stay.

Cleaning is done by professionals ensuring a cleanliness guarantee. Additional households may be requested during the stay.

Rentals are normally Saturday from 16h. to the following Saturday at 10am.

Location of Chalet: The chalet is located in the heart of Mercantour Chalets Residence along a private road, accessible in all seasons because systematically cleared of snow. The two garages are on the ground floor of the chalet, accessible directly from the floors without having to go out in the cold. The departure on skis is done by joining 30m. the lift of a small building which drops you 15m. below. At the foot of the building strap on your skis and get off at the heart of the resort by a small track called 'La Chevrette'. The ski area offers you in the face on the north side, beyond to the slopes of Shiner, or back behind the chalets to the Col de la Lombarde. You will return by the Belvedere track or the Diva and 100m. further you are at the foot of the building you are gone. If you prefer to reach the heart of the station walk there is a free funicular 150m. of the building that takes you 150m. the mall with shops.

Facilities at Chalet .: The access to the chalet is double, or by an external staircase that joins an entrance hall, either by an internal staircase from cars in garages. The chalet is equipped for 8 people can live at ease. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 master, 2 have 140 beds, the other 2 beds of 120. The sofa is convertible. An infant bed the whole. The living room is equipped with a high-powered stove. Heating and hot water are produced by electricity. the cottage is equipped with wireless internet and free phone to landline, 3 TVs. Kitchen facilities are numerous including raclette machine, microwave, dishwasher, etc ... On the ground floor washing machine, dryer, table tennis, ski storage.

Possibility of terrace if the weather allows electric barbecue, table chairs and relax, parasol.

The cottage has 3 bathrooms (1 bathtub-2 showers), 3 wc.
