We live in Salt Lake City, Utah. We bought the townhouse in Gilbert in 2013 as a cold weather getaway. Eventually we would like to spend most of the winter there. However that is a couple of years away. In the meantime, we spend a few weeks a year and do vacation rentals.
We renovated the townhouse and furnished it as a second home, not as a rental. If you choose to vacation at our townhome, you can be assured it will be immaculately clean, well furnished and comfortable. We can guarantee that because it is the standard we maintain for ourselves. We really enjoy the time we spend at the townhome and are sure you will too.
Our townhome is conveniently located close to restaurants, grocery stores and the SanTan mall. Wallmart, Costco and Sam's Club are all within a mile. Also there is easy access to the 60 and 202 freeways. Spring training baseball, the ASU campus and the University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale are generally only a 30 minute drive away.
We stayed at the Peterson's town home the week of 3/11/16. Kendall was attentive and easy to communicate with. The town home was immaculate with everything possible you need for a comfortable vacation. The pool is a stones throw away to enjoy! Great location, 20-25 minutes from Mesa and 25-30 minutes away from Scottsdale. Several nice restaurants close by. We would stay here again and recommend this property to family and friends.

The place presented as the photos show. It was clean, modern and comfortable. Nice beds. Kitchen had everything we need. Good location. Pool across the street. Nice, friendly neighborhood with a walking/running trail nearby. Owner was responsive. I will try to stay there again when in town.
What a perfect location for a vacation. It was close to everything (mall, mountains, recreation, movie theater, grocery), but the neighborhood was still quiet. We have a large family, and it was so much better than staying in a hotel. The property is immaculate and the whole process was smooth and organized from start to receiving our deposit refund. We loved the pool and three plus parks within walking distance. There was also a green way adjacent to the neighborhood that was perfect for jogging in the morning. I highly recommend it!

From the moment we walked in we felt at home and
comfortable. Tastefully decorated, clean and well kept.
We felt safe, restaurants and shopping close by. Everything
we needed was there. Kendall was so professional and easy to work with.

Our family traveled to Gilbert for my son's baseball tournament. The townhouse is absolutely turnkey! I am a neat freak that likes modern style, cleanliness, and attention to detail. This home exceeded my expectations. Kendall, the owner, was very prompt and easy to work with. He was also understanding with a health issue we were dealing with pertaining to our son with the possibility of us having to cancel. Luckily, it worked out and we were able to go! I cannot say enough about the condo and owner. If I HAVE to think of one suggestion, I would recommend a king size bed in the master and maybe a TV to watch.. My husband is over 6 feet and I am 5'7 and a queen was a bit tight for us. It did force us to cuddle which wasn't so bad :-) Otherwise, they hit the mark and I would highly recommend. It is also close to tons and very convenient to get places. Two thumbs up!!
