On the coast of the Mediterranean Sea centerand at the heart of the zone of production of citrus fruits, Valencia enjoys an ideal climate. It is a city of a great beauty with strong traditions (festival of Fallas) and its historic district has a lot of character. This apartment is situated at the heart of the district of the Carmen unless 500 meters of major tourist objectives as the Square of the Virgin, the Cathedral, the Palace of the Generalitat, the Towers of Serranos. We can also take advantage of gardens of the former waterway of the river Turia, in approximately 200 m.

Its central location makes that we can easily go on foot in all the interesting places of the city. The beach is accessible by bus.

Very Nice!!

Very well apartment, big, clean and all u need is there. We stayed there with 4(2 couples) and we had 2 bathrooms and toilets what was very comfy.

Contact with the owner was very good, and information given at right time when needed.

Although we didnt need the garage, we get the document for driving in that area.

We arrived a bit early and could give the bags to a host who took care of it what was ideal for us so we didnt need to carry them around with us for hours.

Spacious and Sophisticated

This is a lovely apartment. It is large and very well furnished and decorated. The art is truly spectacular. The location is great. Close to everything in old town and close to a bike rental for other parts of town. Great to have the garage as well. The house rules were a bit more stringant than usual, such as the requirement to remove and fold all sheets and towels upon departure. Kitchen well appointed. Overall would stay there again for certain.

Ideal Apartment for a Winter Break

We stayed for 18 nights in this clean, quiet and spacious city apartment in the centre of the old town. The apartment was warm and there was plenty of hot water (the temperatures in February were low at night). The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances worked well. There was plenty of cupboard and wardrobe space, and the bed was very comfortable. We felt very much at home and would strongly recommend this apartment for a short or long stay.

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location

The apartment is beautiful and right in the heart of Valencia's Old Town. The apartment is on a quiet side street but just steps away from restaurants and stores and key sitrs. Beds are very comfortable, kitchen is big and showers are great with lots of hot water. The parking space is a bit tricky to get in and out of unless you have a really small car. Unless you're going out of the city, you really don't need a car. Cabs are cheap and there's lots within walking distance. Can't go wrong with this apartment!

Valencia being the third city of Spain, is accessible by air, by train, by bus, and by road. It is also an important port that allows to go to the Balearic Islands by ferry.

There are numerous cafés and restaurants at all the prices in the city, and particularly in the district of the Carmen. Of course you need to taste the paella, speciality of Valencia (I recommend La Genuina, in Pinedo). We also find in the region the vineyard of Utiel Requena which gives a varied and good quality production. The very beautiful Central Market is 500 m of the apartment, just next to another marvel, the “Lonja de la Seda”.

Valencia is also a city of culture: numerous museums, the Palace of the music, cabarets (for example the Duende, which presents every Thursday shows of flamenco). The festival of Fallas (around March 15th) is unforgettable and testifies of a well anchored and very long-lived tradition.
