o A signed rental agreement within 48 hrs of booking is required to book this home

o At time of booking, We will need to collect an ID and credit card to place on file through our system outside of

o HomeAway/VRBO for incidentals. That is mandatory for us to accept rentals using 3rd party websites like HomeAway/VRBO

o We do not charge a security deposit and instead we hold a CC to place on file just like a hotel.

o We will also ask for ID and the CC used at time of booking to be present at time of check in, just like a hotel.

o Occupancy is limited to (max occupancy), any additional guest will be charged at $250/person/day

o No Bachelor Parties, Weddings or Other Events

o No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund.

o Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid. Reservations are Non-Refundable

- IMPORTANT*** As mentioned on the VRBO/HOMEAWAY listing: We will contact you ask to collect a valid credit card to place on file for incidentals and also collect a matching ID. This is held on file for damages (as we don’t charge a security deposit) just as you would put a credit card down when checking into any hotel. We only run it for $1 to verify the card is active.  All other charges will be made to VRBO/HOMEAWAY. Our homes are million dollar properties and we run our business much like a 5 star resort. We must protect our homes to the fullest. We are ok with a picture of the FRONT AND BACK of the CC, so long as we get the full cc #, exp dates and CCV number. We also need the mailing address of the CC. AGAIN, we only place the CC in our reservations system for incidentals just like a hotel does. We then meet you at check in and have you bring the same CC and ID at check in to verify you are who you say you are. You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website, and not book DIRECT on HOLIDAYRENTAL's own site. VRBO/HOMEAWAY does not share your info with us. VRBO/HOMEAWAY does not share your payment info, ID or credit card with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit ALL that info to us after you book. Everything from booking to checkout was smooth and easy! Everyone at Holiday Rental was extremely accommodating, friendly and professional. Home offered everything we were looking for. Clean, comfortable private indoor spaces and large beautiful outdoor areas. Fantastic pool and spa. And the view, the view, the view!

Great views, Beautiful Mansion

This is one of the most extravagant homes I have ever seen. I was in shock walking through the door. Camelback mountain is a great location, and has stunning views! It had more than enough room for the family, and kept everyone entertained!

Thank you Holiday Rental for giving my family an experience of a lifetime!

Love the view!

LOVED the view, and will definitely renting this property for the next boys trip! This is the greatest view of the city, and loved watching the sunset with a cold beer in hand.

They even greet you at the property for check in, and give you a tour of the home !
