I just recently discovered Brian Head and absolutely fell in love with it! As an avid skier/snowboarder who has traveled to some of the best known resorts in America, I can safely say that Brian Head is one of the best. The variety of runs and the smaller crowds make it a skiing dream come true. Not only that, but it is almost better in the summer/fall months when you have access to an endless supply of gorgeous hikes and the rainbow of natural colors that only Utah can provide. I think it is a magical place and I hope to share that with you!

This condo is perfectly located within walking distance to everything you could want. Not only that, but it is very comfortable and feels like a home away from home. Sit by the roaring fire and enjoy the beautiful view from the window. There's nothing better.
Nothing beats relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the beautiful serenity of Brian Head.
This condo is located walking distance from multiple ski lifts, making it an ideal winter destination. I, however, visited during the off season (early October). I was looking for a break from the commotion of daily life. What I found was a mountain top resort that I had essentially to myself, a balcony view revealing the transition of fall, fresh air, and the tranquility of being surrounded by nature while in the comfort of a homelike condo. The resort has a cafe, pizzeria and general store a short walk from the condo with other options nearby. Zion National Park is only a short drive away, but it is easy enough to walk out the residence and hike up the surrounding hills. There was one day I just spent in the condo watching the provided DVD collection. At the end of my stay, I wasn't ready to leave, but I missed my cat and had to return to work. However, I look forward to coming back.
Good location. We had everything we needed. Enjoyed our stay.
Would definitely stay again.
The overall experience was good. The beds were very comfortable and the condo was in a quiet, peaceful area. The property was clean. We did have to purchase dishwasher soap. Also, there was barely enough toilet paper for the four days we were there (four one ply rolls for four people). The condo itself had a funky floor plan, with one of the bathroom sinks in the hallway. One of the bedrooms was partioned off the living room by a folding accordion wall. The entire condo could use an up-to-date decluttering makeover. There seemed to be three- four lamps that didn't work. We couldn't use the outlet (s) in the bathroom. There was no remote for the TV in the bedroom. When we closed our eyes at night, however, it didn't seem to matter. We actually named the hideous bedside lamp Hugo. I'm not sure I would recommend this condo. Thanks.
Overall, this was a good place. There were only 3 people and 2 small dogs in our group, so the 2 bedrooms and 2 baths worked out for us. Might be tight if we had another family with us. Glad we had an equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook some meals.
The only downside is the condo is on the 2nd floor. Going up 2 flights of stairs was hard, we had to carry one of our dogs up since he has arthritis .It was also inconvenient to go up and down to load our stuff. It's summer time, it's off season, it was relatively quiet. We liked that.
The stay here was great! I came here with 5 other people to enjoy the great parks of Utah and we found that the condo at the Evergreens in Brian Head was the perfect place. The weather was nice, the condo itself was very comfortable and spacious. We were able to enjoy our nights cooking together and watching movies. It was exactly how they described it to be and the location is perfectly centered between all national parks, (each being between 1 and 2 hours away). The property itself was very clean and we'll maintained which made it very convenient for us!
Some minor setbacks were the noisy neighbors we got upstairs from us who had kids constantly running and throwing things. This has nothing to do with the condo itself because they cant predict or control what kind of neighbors will stay in the complex. This made sharing hot water a little difficult. Between the 6 of us, the hot water always seemed to run out in the showers after the neighbors moved in upstairs but we found a simple solution to that by timing our shower times between our neighbors shower times which made it easier for us to still enjoy our stay.
The management there were very friendly, the people staying there as well. The view is beautiful and the surrounding beauty made it difficult for us to leave. Would I recommend anyone to stay here? YES!! It is well worth your dollar and your time there and I would definitely stay there again. Maybe next time it will be for their skiing season so I can enjoy what their winter has to offer! Very nice, comfortable, and beautiful place you will not regret it!

Everything was as described, and Troy was very easy to work with. The underground parking was a plus! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks again Troy!!
