A comfortable, well equipped, light apartment renovated in 2014. Situated on the first floor of the residence, 'apartplage' is ideal for a couple or family with 2 children. There is a large balcony from which to admire the magnificent mountain view. Table and chairs + 2 reclining armchairs to relax in. Newly installed, modern well-equipped kitchen including oven/microwave, dishwasher and granite worktops. Main bedroom leading onto the large balcony with double bed and high quality mattress. Different sleeping options available for children; mezzanine area on the first floor with 2 single beds and TV/ DVD player. The hall on the same level as the main bedroom, can be closed off from the main living area, and the sofa bench here converts to a single bed suitable for a child or where a travel cot can be placed for a baby. We can provide baby equipment e.g.travel cot, bedding, high chair on request at no extra charge. Modern, high quality shower recently fitted. All bedding, towels, household linen provided at no extra charge. Plenty of parking spaces in front of the apartment. Free unlimited WIFI access.

The best feature of this apartment is its outstanding location so close to the lake, port and cycle track making it an ideal choice for couples and families who wish to enjoy the beauty of the environment either on the water, at the beach, walking along the lake shore or up in the surrounding mountains and all levels of cycling. A peaceful resting place for your vacation but with bustling Annecy easily accessible by boat (taxi boat) and bicycle. The apartment is regularly inspected independently by the organisation Clé vacances and has achieved the 3 star rating. The high standards required by this organisation is an added reassurance for holiday makers.

About Apartplage

I chose to live here for its superiour quality of life and quickly became a huge enthusiast for the region and all it has to offer..... mountains, lake, great eating, skiing, the cycle track, the charming old town of Annecy, Chamonix, Italy and Switzerland amongst others.....I have had some wonderful experiences here and very much enjoy sharing them with visitors with a view to helping them make the most of this wonderful area.

Peaceful, clean with everything you need.

We stayed for two weeks. Jennifer was a great host, very helpful and friendly.

The apartment was walking distance from the St Jorioz beach and the cycle track was only a few minutes away. This made getting around very easy, particularly since we borrowed some shopper bikes from Jennifer. The car was parked up for most of our stay.

Annecy town is 10K away and, since the cycle track is fairly flat, our children were able to cycle effortlessly in and out of town.

The apartment had everything you need. All linens and towels were provided and the sheets were changed half way through our stay.

The children loved sleeping on the mezzanine level and enjoyed movies in bed. We were able to enjoy the balcony for our meals and drinks since the weather was dry and warm.

We very much look forward to visiting again!

Great Apartment

We had an absolutely lovely stay at the apartment. The location is superb, with the beach only a few hundred meters away, and a great supermarket in town, lovely bakeries close by too.

The property itself is very well equipped with lots of kitchen stuff if you want to cook, bicycles etc. Jennifer was really helpful and happy to answer any questions we had and offer advice on local attractions.

We'd wholeheartedly recommend staying at the apartment!

Excellent Apartment 100m from Lake

We had a lovely week with our two children, the apartment was exactly as described. The apartment could easily sleep six people, but we just used the mezanine for my two children and the double bedroom for myself and my wife. The apartment is very well laid out, with modern kitchen, separate w.c., shower, Jennifer, and her husband, were extremely welcoming and helpful with local information and advice. We will definitely return in the summer and bring our boat as there is a sailing club just 3 min walk away as well as a family friendly beach, which has a lifeguard in the summer.

Excellent apartment

This apartment was in a wonderful location, very close to the lake. It was a great size for our family of 4. Jennifer was a welcoming and generous host who went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Having the bikes was a great bonus, and we enjoyed riding to Annecy on the bike track. The kids particularly enjoyed the diving platform at the beach at St Jorioz. We all wished we could have stayed longer in this beautiful part of the world!

jennifer était là pour nous accueillir et nous faire découvrir l'appartement, très agréable et fonctionnel, rien ne manque (même vélos et casques pour toute la famille). La vue de la terrasse est magnifique et la plage de St Jorioz à 1mn à pied. les activités aux alentours ne manquent pas, ainsi que les endroits sympas pour manger ou prendre un café au bord du lac. attentions, organisation, propreté, tout est parfait, thanks ! nous pensons déjà à notre prochain séjour !!

excellent séjour

logement idéalement situé, propre et confortable, cuisine très bien équipée. le seul léger bémol à mon goût : manque de rangement pour les vêtements ...

mais la gentillesse de Jennifer, les vélos mis à disposition, la vue, le calme, proximité de la piste cyclable ... compensent sans aucun problème (nous avons utilisé de lit de l'entrée pour stocker nos vêtements !)

location que je recommande vivement ! parfait pour un couple avec 2 enfts.

Owner's Response: Merci pour vos remarques utiles. Je suis contente que le soleil était au rendez-vous chaque jour de votre séjour. Le meuble sur lequel la télévision est située est souvent vide je pense, comme il ressemble plus à un meuble de vaisselle qu'un meuble de rangements. Cela serait une bonne idée de le remplacer pour la prochaine saison. Merci!
