Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay in this very well furnished and decorated apartement which is also well situated near the beach.

There are also several nice restaurants at the beach.

Super Ambiente - sehr gepflegt - sehr große "Chill-Terasse" und ein zusätzlicher Balkon - Ausreichend Platz für 8 Personen (wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen dort) - schöne gepflegte Anlage mit mehreren Pools - 100 m zum Strand - 100 m zum nächsten Supermarkt

Great stay!

Stayed with family for one week. The apartment has a good size and is nicely decorated and furnished. Comes with a large rooftop terrace with a seating and dining area that we used every day. Great location, close to Marbella (app. 10 min. drive) and right next to the beach. There's a really good restaurant at the beach where you can rent sunbeds too, superfriendly staff. Short walk to the supermarked, ATM, drugstore and small beachstore. There's parking in the garage, but it's quite tight and narrow so we ended up parking on the street outside instead, no problem.

Easy and smooth booking, and we especially appreciated that they accepted our quite late arrival due to a late (and also delayed) flight.

Overall, we're really pleased with our stay and would love to come back.

A great place to stay!

We have spent a week in this lovely apartment. Very clean and spacious and we have enjoyed the great terrace every day! Even when the sun was not out, it is a very comfortable and relaxing place to be. Close to the sea with restaurants (walking distance). For us this apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday!

Very nice place

The apartement is very well new furnished and situated very near to the beach.

We enjoyed a nice time with a good service. There are also nice restaurants nearby at the beach.

We are happy to be there again soon.

TAKE THE exit CALLED " EL ROSARIO," Make U turn come bcd on free way and exit 2 right after the Costabella tower (PINK) and just after the VIVA SIGN (RED AND WHITE) , YOU SHALL GO AND TURN RIGHT IN FRONT OF A OPENCORE SUPERMARKET ( BLUE COLOR), GO DOWN THE STREET TILL THE ALVARITO PLAYA DOOR III (GREEN AUTOMATIC GARAGE DOOR) GARAGE IS THE SECOND ONE ENTRANCE ALL THE WAY TILL THE END, PARKING IS N° 16 JUST IN FRONT OF THE ACCESS DOOR TO STAIRS
