We enjoyed our stay in this very well furnished and decorated apartement which is also well situated near the beach.

There are also several nice restaurants at the beach.

Great stay!

Stayed with family for one week. The apartment has a good size and is nicely decorated and furnished. Comes with a large rooftop terrace with a seating and dining area that we used every day. Great location, close to Marbella (app. 10 min. drive) and right next to the beach. There's a really good restaurant at the beach where you can rent sunbeds too, superfriendly staff. Short walk to the supermarked, ATM, drugstore and small beachstore. There's parking in the garage, but it's quite tight and narrow so we ended up parking on the street outside instead, no problem.

Easy and smooth booking, and we especially appreciated that they accepted our quite late arrival due to a late (and also delayed) flight.

Overall, we're really pleased with our stay and would love to come back.

A great place to stay!

We have spent a week in this lovely apartment. Very clean and spacious and we have enjoyed the great terrace every day! Even when the sun was not out, it is a very comfortable and relaxing place to be. Close to the sea with restaurants (walking distance). For us this apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday!

Very nice place

The apartement is very well new furnished and situated very near to the beach.

We enjoyed a nice time with a good service. There are also nice restaurants nearby at the beach.

We are happy to be there again soon.

Superbe, à recommander

Superbe appartement à la périphérie de Marbella, dans un complexe résidentiel (petits batiments de +/- 10 appartements répartis sur 2 étages) agréable et très bien entretenu. L'appartement est en parfait état (rénovation récente ?) et bien équipé. Localisation en bord de mer avec accès direct à la plage, où l'on trouve notamment de petits restaurants qui offrent un très bon rapport qualité/prix. Localisation stratégique pour visiter les trésors de l'Andalousie (Grenade, Cordoue, Ronda ..) et nous avons même poussé une pointe jusqu'à Gibraltar. Commerces de proximité accessibles sans voiture. Ce qui rend l'appartement exceptionnel, ce sont ses terrasses qui accueillent le soleil du lever au coucher (petit bémol en mars, elles peuvent être soumises au vent, pas toujours très chaud). Si sa localisation de cet appartement est un atout incontestable pour ceux qui n'aiment pas trop l'agitation des villes, elle pourrait être dérangeante pour ceux qui aiment le bruit et les activités qu'un centre ville peut offrir. Enfin, sachez que la propriétaire est aux petits soins pour que votre séjour se déroule dans les meilleures conditions : nous avions un problème avec la connexion internet qu'elle s'est empressée de résoudre.

Sehr zu empfehlen!

Unsere Familie (mit Teens) war im Oktober 2014 für eine gute Woche in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Man merkt, dass die Besitzerin selber oft vor Ort ist. Es war sehr sauber und wir hatten noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, besonders im Küchenbereich. Der Strand liegt nur einen kleinen Spaziergang durch die gepflegte Gartenanlage entfernt, mit einem sehr empfehlenswerten kleinem Strandrestaurant. Am Strand selber waren wir nur stundenweise, da wir mehr die wunderschöne Terasse zum Lesen und Sonnen genossen haben. Ein Supermarkt war fussläufig erreichbar, ein Auto ist trotzdem zu empfehlen, schon um nach Marbella rein oder vielleicht einen Ausflug nach Gibraltar (Pässe nicht vergessen ;) unternehmen zu können. Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG, von der Tiefgarage aus noch ein Stockwerk mehr. Wir hatten einen sehr gelungener Uraub ohne Wenn und Aber. Sehr zu empfehlen!.

A well stocked store of the OPEN-COR chain store open 24 hours is just at the end of the street. Adjacent to it there is a newspaper stall and a gift shop. For big time shopping it is better to visit the La Canada shopping mall in central Marbella.
