This property is so affordable for all it offers. Fourunits are available for large groups or family reunions. Each unit is 920 square feet, has two nice bedrooms, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen so you don't have to eat out unless you want to. Restaurants, art galleries and grocery stores are nearby. Can't really beat it.
We had such a great stay the first time we booked again for this year. It's comfortable and affordable. It was a great weekend, and we will be back again.
No brainer choice if you want the feel of your own 2 bedroom apt. Most all amenities you would need to enjoy a long weekend in Homer. The place was easy to find and the owners made it very clear how to access the property. We got quick responses and overall good service before we checked in for a super smooth and easy weekend. Super close to everything in town we have our own vehicle but cab rides would be short and cheap to anything you would need to do.
Thank you Mike or Mindy,
Affordable price as far as Alaska goes. Plenty Of room, our family of 5 had plenty of room to all find some personal time during our stay. We saved $$ by using going to the grocery store then using the kitchen. We used the washer and dryer to freshen our clothes after a day of fishing.
The beds were comfortable. Mike was really helpful when I called him with a question. While we didn't really use the kitchen, I noted it was well equipped with the essentials. We were there 2 nights. We didn't hear people in the other units at all. I would definitely stay there again.
Bare bones! Kitchen floor and table dirty. TV didn't work, no books, games, or videos. Was advertised as a condo, but was a 4 plex apartment building. You get what you pay for! Not much!
This was a simple, but comfortable place to stay in Homer that was worth the price. Needed some info on wifi address other info on Homer and info on the apt that we stayed in. I had to contact the person in charge several times for things that I needed or did not know.
