A typical turn of the century Parisian flat in a traditional Haussmannien building with hardwood floors, high ceilings, old mouldings, and a fireplace-

The main rooms are well lit (the bedrooms, the living room and the dining room).

There are two bedrooms; one features a large double bed and the other two single beds that can be joined together.

35-sq.m living/dining room

You can find a fully equipped kitchen.

Bathroom boasts a bathtub, a vanity unit, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

There is a great layout a comfortable indoors, and tasteful decor in a bright environment.

There is easy maintenance and cleaning.

We offer internet ADSL access.

This is a peaceful building.

It is close to the shops and Parisian public transport.

Set in the pretty Plaine-Monceau quarter, a 15-minute walk to the Champs-Elysées, and a 10-minutes walk 5 min away from the street markets (Poncelet and Lévis).

We are 300 m away from the Malesherbes and Wagram metro stations.

There is a bus stop at the foot of the building that goes has services to the large Parisian shops (Lafayette Galaries, Printemps, etc.), St. Lazare station, Place de la Concorde, Boulevard Saint-Germain, the Latin Quarter, and Gare Montparnasse.

Not enough good things to say about this place!

I could write a book about not only this GORGEOUS apartment, but about its owner, Regis. 1st, the apartment. You WILL NOT find a nicer place to stay in Paris, period! Oh you may want to be in a different area for one personal reason or another, but you simply won't find a more homey, warm, welcoming place in Paris. That's because it IS his home, when he's not in Paris! I was just stunned, I'm 62 and have rented a lot of places to stay for vacation, but this one is in a class by itself. It's close to the Metro station at Wagram (that's important) so really, nothing in Paris is far away. The kitchen is more than well-appointed, he has VERY nice pans to cook in (I like to cook, and made Coq au Vin our 1st night there!) a near-new refrigerator and dishwasher, a perfectly adequate stove and a microwave. The bedroom are large, and very comfortable, plenty of space for your things. IF you read French he has a veritable library of books there! The living room and dining room are exquisitely furnished, with lovely antique furniture. I'm telling you, you WILL be surprised when you get a chance to look around a bit!

Then there's Regis! This man did EVERYTHING in his power to make our visit the best it could be, even presenting us with a nice bottle of Bordeaux before he left! He is the BEST to work with, and I feel like I now have a friend in Paris. It doesn't always turn out this way, folks, take my word for it. He was super-gracious when I had an early departure and could not wash the remaining sheets and towels, just asked that I left it reasonably clean. I booked this place on VERY short notice, and he made it happen with a fair amount of work on his part, and I will always be grateful.

In short, if I EVER get back to Paris the 1st person I'll call is Regis! I wish i could better convey just how magnificent our visit there in his gorgeous apartment was. I'd be very comfortable living in it!!!

Bel appartement classique

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans ce bel appartement spacieux et lumineux, très agréablement aménagé. Le quartier est des plus plaisants, beaucoup de commerces et de restaurants à proximité. Le bus 94, au pied de l'immeuble, est aussi très utile.

A mentionner également la très précieuse et très sûre place de parking mise à disposition.

De nos nombreuses expériences de location à Paris, celle-ci fut de loin la plus agréable.

Encore merci aux propriétaires pour leur très sympathique accueil !
