With direct access to the beach, no roads to cross, this accommodation is in a three story residence with caretaker and secure parking. Pool and baby pool. Quiet area 800m from the town center and shops.

This apartment of 28 m2 is located on the ground floor and a terrace and a small garden of 14 m2 surrounded by hedges but a passage gives direct access to the sea and pool.

The living room consists of a dining area and a living area with a sofa bed for two, flat screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes ceramic hob 2 burners, large fridge / freezer, washing machine (6kg), coffee maker, toaster, kettle, a full battery and lots of storage. The bedroom has a double bed and a large closet. The bathroom includes a shower and a washbasin furniture. Separate WC.

Apartment completely renovated in 2014. Electric heating for low season (against surcharge).

All rental periods.

Location vraiment sympa !

Très bien situé, dans une résidence agréable, ce joli petit appartement est à deux pas (vraiment !) de la plage et proche de toutes les commodités.

On peut profiter des vacances sans se prendre la tête et accéder facilement à la marina, puis au port par de jolies promenades.

L'accueil de Manon est charmant et sympathique, bref, tout est impeccable :)

superbe location

une superbe location qui correspond trés bien aux photos, agréable, trés propre et bien décoré avec gout. un accueil sympathique de Manon qui nous donne envie de revenir, endroit calme, charmant et juste en poussant un portillon nous nous retrouvons les pieds sur une belle et longue plage....activités aux alentours... je vous conseille cette location. merci encore Manon pour ca........Magali et sylvain 04 et 06
