The Alessia & Chiara house is located within the already beautiful private Residence in the center of San Vito Lo Capo and surrounded by greenery. It is about 300 meters from the beach and about 400 meters from the central pedestrian area.

Nearby you will find many bars, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, delicatessens, squares with evening events and recreational facilities such as playgrounds, basketball court and camping that offer the opportunity to take advantage of football fields, tennis and much more.

At 200 meters from the house, you will find bus and coach stops connecting the country to the airports of Palermo and Trapani, (Es: the Shuttle Express bus line) and to the two large cities near Palermo and Trapani (Es: the Russian bus line and Segesta).
You will also find many Transfer and Bike Rental Agencies.

The extra charge of € 30.00 is payable upon arrival.

Casa piccola ma completa di tutto. Ottima veranda e posizione.a due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia e dal centro.perfetta x quattro persone.consigliata!!

Villetta a San Vito confortevole come a casa tua

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa villetta che subito ci ha accolti con una veranda curata, verde e spaziosa. La villetta ha tutti i comfort che si possono immaginare, organizzata negli spazi, pulita e colorata nei dettagli. Spazi comodi e confortevoli per living e zona pranzo. Il tutto ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Così come l’accoglienza al check in e check out dove con sorriso e professionalità ci sono state date tutte le informazioni sul soggiorno, su San Vito e anche su cose da vedere intorno alla località. Consiglio questa villetta immersa nella quiete in una zona ben curata, tutti! Bellissima esperienza. Ci riandremo sicuramente

Ottima Vacanza in Casa Alessia

Casa Alessia a San Vito lo Capo. Ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare e dal centro. Arredamento semplice ed essenziale con spazio esterno per cenare e rilassarsi. Alessia, la proprietaria, molte gentile e disponibile. Raccomando assolutamente!!!

Nice apartment, good location

Lovely apartment, and the owner was very helpful and accommodating. Our flight was delayed so we arrived (really really) late, and were met and checked in. The location is great, close enough to walk to the beach and town (about 5 minutes) but in a quiet area. Nice terrace which we did yoga in the morning and had drinks in the evening. We were in San Vito for climbing and had a great time.
