2 Bed/2 Bath With Large Ground Level Patio Overlooking The Courtyard Fountains.

This beautiful condominium is adjacent to the Superstition Springs Golf Course, a championship 7200yd, par-72 course and only minutes from the Superstition Springs Shopping Mall. A 15-min drive reaches almost a dozen more golf courses, great shopping at the San Tan Village, and more great restaurants & attractions for every age.

This fully equipped 1,100 square foot condo is conveniently located on the ground floor with a single attached garage leading directly to the kitchen. The upgraded kitchen features granite countertops, cherry cabinets, slate and laminae floors and new appliances, including a microwave, garbage disposal and a new water softener. It is fully stocked with all cutlery, plating, and glassware for both in the home and on the patio. Little conveniences like a Tassimo coffee maker (and full-sized coffee pot) have also been included so it feels just like home. The master bedroom and living room share a large ground floor patio that overlooks beautifully landscaped gardens with waterfalls and fountains -- perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink as the sun sets on the Arizona sky.

The master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed overlooking the patio with its own sliding-door access to the patio. The private master bath features cultured marble countertops with double sinks, separate toilet room, and a full-sized tub w/shower. We have also included a hair-dryer, curling iron, and straightening-iron for the ladies to give you more room in your luggage for added shopping! The large walk-in closet has ample storage for all your clothes and luggage so the main living areas are clear and tidy. The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed, closet, and access to the main bathroom featuring an over-sized shower with sliding doors. Separate access to the main bath from the main living area and a locking door to the second bedroom means your guests will have easy access while maintaining the privacy of the second bedroom.

Enjoy your coffee in the morning sun or grill your steaks in the evening on our electric BBQ on the patio. If you prefer to grill with gas, you are welcome to use one of the 2 gas grills in the pool area. We have also provided a BBQ grill-mat that is fantastic for grilling vegetables, shrimp and fish, or any other delicate food. The large concrete patio is perfectly situated in the center of the courtyard for full view of the fountain and waterfalls. Patio furniture includes two lounge chairs with cushions plus a 4-seat table with umbrella.

The main living area is fully furnished with a beautiful dining table seating 4 plus a large sectional couch that's perfect for watching movies on the 37" HD LCD TV and Sony BlueRay/DVD player with Netflix (included). A second 55" HD LED TV with digital cable is provided in the Master Bedroom for added viewing options.

High-speed Internet from Cox (50Mbps download/5Mbps upload) plus private WiFi provides all the access you need for streaming movies or data -- saving you roaming charges on your phone, tablet and computer. The Phone service is also included and features Unlimited Long Distance in Canada and the US. (Go ahead, call home and brag about your vacation!)

The unit is only steps away from the complex's well maintained heated pool, hot-tub, and community gas barbecues. (Note: Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and all access to the pool area is controlled by lock-and-key for safety and security.)

This prestigious and unique, waterfront community is conveniently located within walking distance to casual and fine dining restaurants, a Fry's grocery store, coffee shop, spa and hair salon. Major shopping malls, a 25 screen cinema, grocery stores and numerous other shopping experiences are less than a 5 minute drive away. It is an 8 minute drive to the Red Mountain Fitness Center that has a great weight room and lots of drop-in fitness classes for a reasonable rate.

We are a Canadian couple who envied our neighbours to the south and the wonderful weather they enjoyed during our long, cold, dark Canadian winters. We're not quite ready for retirement but are looking forward to the day when we can enjoy Mesa and escape the cold completely!

Why Property Manager/Owner chose Mesa

After years of searching, we finally selected this beautiful little condo based on it's location and upgraded features. So many pre-existing homes and units in older condo complexes are functional but lack the style and quality we wanted. We continue to make investments in the property since we use it ourselves 3 to 4 times per year and want it to be a place that we are proud to bring friends and family.

What makes this condo unique

The unit itself would have been enough for us to make the decision to buy, but the proximity to golf, shopping, restaurants, and other attractions has made the decision absolutely perfect. Many visitors (including ourselves) often have a single vehicle to share which makes it difficult to 'split-up' and do your own thing. The ability to grab your golf clubs and walk 5-min to the Superstition Springs Golf Course means your spouse can take the car and explore the hundreds of shops and malls in the area. Or you can take the car to reach a far-off golf club while your spouse has a day at the spa or lounges by the pool.

Every time we visit Phoenix we find something new and interesting to do. The access from Superstition Lakes to Hwy 60, Power Road, and 202 Loop means you can reach almost anything in under 30 minutes. The fact we are located on the east end of Phoenix also gives us great access to Gold Canyon and the Superstition Mountains in less time than my daily commute to work! The quiet community of Superstition Lakes is perfect for a relaxing get-away without the hassle and worry of a busy resort. It's been perfect for our family!

The outside patio area was relaxing with the fabulous pond area. It was close to everything you needed. The upkeep on the place was clean and organized. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend staying here.

Home Away From Home!

We had a fantastic vacation experience in this immaculate and beautifully decorated condo! It shows pride of ownership in every detail. The kitchen is well stocked with dish ware, glassware, patio ware, pots and pans, etc. Having the electric BBQ was a real bonus as we used it several times to cook dinner. The king sized mattress in the master bedroom was so comfy that it was hard to get up some mornings.

The condo itself is located within walking distance of Fry's grocery store and several restaurants. Superstition Springs Shopping Centre is just 5 minutes away. The condo itself is very quietly located within the Superstition Springs Condo Complex with the patio facing the garden side. We very much enjoyed having the afternoon sun!

The owners were very welcoming and they were very easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this property and we hated to depart. However, we will return sometime in the future!

Beautiful, upgraded condo; immaculate, spacious and well maintained

We loved staying in this beautiful, upgraded condo. It is immaculate, spacious and well maintained. All of the necessities and comforts of a home are provided; a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, full size washer and dryer, paper products, toiletries, deluxe hair dryers, cable, WiFi and so much more. The patio can be accessed through sliding doors from the main living area or master bedroom. It is quiet and peaceful and overlooks a beautiful courtyard with fountains and waterfalls. The condo is centrally located near shops and restaurants with easy access to the highway for day trips. The owners were very accommodating, before and during our visit, answering all of our questions in a timely fashion and ensuring that everything we needed was provided. Thank you Donovon and Tanya. Your lovely home, attention to detail and service exceeded our expectations.

We love this place!

This was our second stay here and plan to return next winter. The owners are anxious to make their customers comfortable and also keep the condo in good condition for their own family use. We found everything we needed in the unit and enjoyed the many nice restaurants in the area. Also has a very nice pool.

A great place and area to stay!

The condo was everything we expected and we enjoyed our stay. The location of the condo was a definite plus with more stores and restaurants then we could ever have visited. There were only two negatives. The first is that the carpet in the living room and master bedroom was very soiled and was in need of a good shampoo. Secondly the owners had so much of their own "stuff" in the condo that we had little room for our possessions. This was especially seen in the bathrooms, and in the refrigerator and freezer.

Owner's Response: We're very glad you enjoyed your stay in our condo. It truly is in a wonderful location with great access to so many amenities. And thanks for your feedback about how we can make things even better. Based on comments from previous Guests we added the big-screen TV to the Master Bedroom and the toaster & coffee pot to the kitchen. Regarding the carpets, we did have them steam cleaned about 6 weeks prior to your stay so the condition of the carpets is a little concerning and we will have them cleaned again immediately. At this point we are contemplating replacing them with hardwood so that similar issues don't arise for future guests. As for the amount of "stuff" in some cabinets and the fridge, our intention was to be helpful by leaving common items for Guests but I can understand that space might be at a premium. In the future we'll clear out more of the items in the bathroom cabinets to allow extra space for Guests and ask our cleaning service to make sufficient room in the fridge/freezer for new items while not totally throwing out the basics. We'll also make it more clear that all Guests are invited (encouraged!) to use ANY item in the fridge/freezer and leave any items they purchase for use by the next Guests if they wish. Great condo in a great location!

This condo was perfect for us! The condo is very neat, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything from a coffee-maker to dishes and spices in the cupboards. The attached garage is an added bonus as it makes it very easy to load and unload luggage or groceries. There is a pathway around a series of small ponds beside the condo, and it's quite attractive.

The location has easy access to hiking at Superstition Mountains, Usery Mountain Park, and Lost Dutchman State Park. Shopping is nearby with Superstition Springs Center and Costco just minutes away by car, and Fry's just a short walk from the condo. Even though there is good access to major roads nearby, the condo is very quiet and does not face any traffic areas. If you are a runner, there is a canal path a short distance away with miles of paths extending both north and south.

The owners were great to deal with, and were willing to even change our booked dates by a few days when circumstances changed. They replied to all mails promptly. We'd highly recommend this condo!
