Immaculate 2 bedroom / 2 bath inland home with oversized pool in the center of Marco Island. Perfect getaway for a family or friends (up to 4) who are familiar with the Island, and don't need or want to be near the beaches or crowds. The neighborhood consists of locals who live on the Island year round. Very quiet. Garden is enclosed (wooden fence), so there is a lot of privacy. Pool is quite large and is open (no screen enclosure). These items were recently updated in this house: new hurricane rated windows throughout, new high end Carrier air conditioning system (with ducts and insulation added), new garage door and painted floor, new roof, Samsung TVs and washer and dryer. Weber grill. Solar and electric pool heat. Everything new was added in 2014. We will consider dogs.
Local living on Marco Island since 1977. I work with the family in a local real estate firm, and know the Island and surrounding areas intimately.

Very bright and simple house with terrazzo floors. Rooms are contemporary and spacious. Everything in the house has been updated: new hurricane proof windows throughout in 2014, new roof in 2014, new high end Carrier air conditioning system in 2014, new garage door 2014 (floor painted as well), new pool heater 2014.

Management very helpful and couldn't have been nicer.
We arrived on the day we requested and everything was ready. We were impressed with how clean a peaceful the property was. It had everything we needed and made us feel like we were in our own home. The location was great for being close to the beach and shopping. We loved the pool and private back yard. It was great.
The 10,000 is right near by; Everglades City; Clyde Butcher's Art Gallery.

Pool heat charge is assessed one time per reservation for renters staying between December to May. Therefore, if you stay 2 months, it's only $40. If you have a 2 week rental you will only be charged $40 for pool heat.
