Ideal location for skiing, chalet well equipped, warm and comfortable.

Thanks for the bottle of wine. We opted to clean the chalet at the end of our stay, a proper mop and bucket would have made it easier. Very helpful and pleasant owner.

Great Location

Good apartment with great location for the lifts. Close to both Pleney and Super Morzine lifts, with in a couple of minutes’ walk to the center of town. The Spar convenience store is about 1 to 2mins walk away. The apartment has a very well maintained and stocked Kitchen to enable you to Cook if you wish. The apartment was clean and well-presented and quite.

We did Mountain Biking whilst there and the Apartment does have bike storage and hose plus garden to wash bikes.

If we go back to Morzine next year we will book this apartment again.

een geweldige aanrader

We hebben tijdens ons verblijf van 1 week de kwaliteiten van dit appartement zeer sterk kunnen appreciëren. Het is een ruim appartement dat naast een badkamer die gekoppeld is aan de grote slaapkamer ook nog een aparte doucheruimte heeft. Bovendien nog een apart toilet, een ruimte voor een wasmachine en een droogkast en voldoende kasten. Het appartement is ook zeer compleet uitgerust met meer dan voldoende serviesgoed en heel wat keukentoestellen. Het is ook een voordeel dat het gelegen is op het gelijkvloers waardoor je heel gemakkelijk gebruik kunt maken van een ruim terras met 2 tafels en een tuin. De ligging is ideaal. Op minder dan 5 minuten wandelen van het centrum van Morzine met zijn winkeltjes, restaurants en andere voorzieningen. Een bijzondere troef is ook dat het appartement de beschikking heeft over 2 overdekte parkeerplaatsen. Ongetwijfeld een luxe in een druk seizoen. De eigenaar is via mail zeer vlot bereikbaar en reageert ook zeer snel op eventuele vragen die er nog zouden zijn. Kortom dit appartement is een geweldige aanrader.

Parfait en tout point

Bonjour

Nous avons séjourné du 04 au 11/02/17 et ce fut génial. L'appartement est, par son emplacement, idéal à mi-chemin entre la station du Pleney en petit train (5 min) et Super Morzine à pied (5 min également).

Concernant l'appartement, nous n'avons aucun reproche à faire. L'appartement est suréquipé. Il ne manque rien et tout est propre et Il est très spacieux. De plus nous avons reçu un très bon acceuil du personnel de l'agence immobilière MORZINE IMMOBILIER.

Je recommande fortement cet hébergement.

Appartement tout confort

Appartement très spacieux, lumineux avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer une agréable semaine à Morzine avec ou sans neige (comme nous !). Logement très propre.

Idéalement situé, proche commerces, restaurants, centre.

Petit + : Passionnée de cuisine, j'ai beaucoup apprécié me retrouver comme à la maison avec beaucoup d'ustensiles et vaisselle.
