Located in the rural area of El Llanito in Breña Alta, quiet and well connected (30 meters from the main road) and 1.3 km from the population center of San Pedro (Restaurants, Banks, shops, post office, pharmacy, Health Center, Taxis , Pool and Spa, etc.).

A charming older property, very comfortable and well equipped, in a beautiful garden with avocados!
Our host, Jesus, was extremely charming and helpful, quickly responding to any query. A big basket of fruit - including avocados from the garden - local wine and salt greeted us on our arrival. Everything in the house worked well, and we were pleased with the electric heaters which we could use on cool evenings. In the lovely, big garden and on the roof terrace, hammocks, chairs, tables and loungers meant that we could enjoy sun or shade as we pleased. The hillside location with views down to the sea, and up into the star-filled sky at night, is lovely. Not wishing to hire a car, we were delighted to find a bus-stop, a little supermarket and a bar-grill all just yards away. We also soon found the little town of San Pedro - all manner of shops, restaurants, Saturday market and more buses - a short (but hilly!) walk away along a path, so avoiding the road. We soon worked out the bus timetable and in 3 weeks visited the whole island - by bus and with occasional short taxi rides. Fares were all very reasonable. The island is beautiful, with varying landscapes and charming, friendly people. We found lots to do, and the island is perfect for walkers, with many well marked footpaths. We found our walking poles very useful in the hilly terrain, although we did not go specifically to walk, and found access to more remote areas like the volcanoes and forest quite easy. We also visited the saltpans still being worked in the traditional way, ancient petroglyphs made by the original cave-dwellers, black sand beaches, museums and the theatre for a concert by local musicians. We had a wonderful holiday and would highly recommend this property to others who like the sound of our experiences. You will always find someone to understand English - especially in town - but a smattering of Spanish, at least, is very useful and much appreciated!

Well appointed apartment with all you need for a pleasant stay
Very nice apartment in a quiet area but close to the airport and Santa Cruz.The owner Jesus was very welcoming and helpful.The apartment was one of the best equipped we have stayed in over 20 visits to the Canaries. Thanks Jesus

Very comfortable house in a great location
We loved our stay in La Palma and this house was extremely private and comfortable. We particularly liked the comfy bed and decent shower. We had everything we needed for cooking at home which we were happy to do quite often. The outside space was good too with table and chairs and loungers on the upstairs terrace. Jesus was a friendly and generous host and left a basket of fruit plus wine, beer and juice so thanks for that! La Palma is an attractive island with lots to see and do. We definitely plan to visit again and hope to stay a Jesus's place.

Das Haus liegt in einem schönen Garten mit Avokadobäumen und netten Plätzen zum Ausruhen. Es ist für 2 Personen ideal, sehr geräumigt, sauber mit gut ausgestatteter Küche usw. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen wunderbaren Ausblick. Der freundliche und zurückhaltende Vermieter steht immer hilfsbereit zur Stelle. Vom Haus aus gibt es auch Wandermöglichkeiten und San Pedro ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben eine schöne Zeit erlebt und können das Haus guten Gewissens empfehlen

Estuvimos cuatro semanas, y muy a gusto. La casa es sencilla pero muy cómoda y tiene todo lo que necesitamos y más. Destacamos la cama excelente y la ducha exterior. El jardín es un oasis de verde y la terraza arriba fantástica con sus vistas preciosas de 360º. La ubicación facilita recorrer los diferentes rincones de la isla. Jesús un anfitrión muy atento, agradable y hospitalario. Fue nuestro sexto verano en La Palma y ya tenemos ganas de volver!
