Large living room, dining room and TV room about 25 m² with a covered terrace of about 10m². Room No. 1 with 140cm bed over the No. 2 bedroom with a bunk bed 140cm and 90cm down from above. A bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.

Part B:

The first floor. On the same floor as part A.

The main studio type room with a kitchenette, a dining area and a 140cm bed overlooking a terrace of 5 m². Plus a bedroom with a bunk bed twice 90cm.

And a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. *

Part C.

Garden level. Main asset 15m² terrace with access to the kitchen and the bedroom # 1

A separate kitchen with dining area. Room No. 1 with a 140cm bed. Room No. 2 with a bunk bed twice 90cm over a bed of 90cm.

A bathroom with sink and shower and a separate toilet.

The linen (sheets, towel, dish towel) is not provided (blankets and duvets provided).

ABSOLUT EMPFEHLENSWERT!!!

Sehr schöne zweckmäßig eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Im Vorfeld hatten wir schon netten Kontakt zum Vermieter, und vor Ort hatten wir immer einen Ansprechpartner wenn wir was wollten oder brauchten.

Wir können und werden diese Wohnung auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder.

ruhige entral gelegene FeWo in Cavalaire sur Mer

Wir haben 3 super Wochen in der gemütlichen ruhig gelegenen FeWo verbracht. Der sympathische hilfsbereite Gastgeber hat uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Die Wohnung war sauber, ist gemütlich und trotzdem zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Für Selbstversorger ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Das Domizil liegt in einer gepflegten reinen Wohngegend und ist aber trotzdem zentral und nur ca.10 Gehminuten vom Yachthafen, dem Strand und den vielen Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt.

Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit unseren Freunden empfehlen und kommen selbst gerne wieder.

Tant dans l'accueil de nos hôtes que dans l'amélioration des appartements. Par exemple 2 sur 3 ont depuis 2 ans la climatisation, Ou encore la pièce principale d'appartement B à été entièrement rénové en 2012 et la cuisine un peu vétuste de l'appartement C a été complétement changer cette année 2013. Nous continuerons a tenir comptes des remarques de nos hôtes pour encore améliorer et surtout nous ne changerons pas notre volonté d'avoir un tarif accessible et au plus proche du cout réel. Merci de votre confiant et a bientôt nous espérons .

Absolut zufrieden!!!

Die FEWO ist sehr gemütlich, sauber und geräumig- vor allem bietet sie alles um sich selbst zu versorgen.

Unser Gastgeber hat sich als sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit erwiesen.

Das Haus liegt ruhig und doch zentral und zum Strand ist es ein Katzensprung.

Wir waren zu zweit und hatten unsere Hündin dabei und haben uns sehr freundlich aufgenommen gefühlt. Wir würden dieses Domizil als absoluten Glücksfall bezeichnen und auch jeder Zeit unseren Freunden empfehlen.
