Absolutely beautiful and comfortable home in a great neighborhood. Spacious and cozy family room with a 52' HD TV, big kitchen with modern appliances, four bedrooms, one of them is a master suite with shower/tub, 3.5 bathrooms, nice patio with citrus trees and swimming pool, two car garage.
A FEW MILES FROM THE PROPERTY:
Saguaro Lake, Superstion Mountains, Arizona State University, Mesa Community College, Downtown Chandler, Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe, Phoenix International Airport, Chase Field (home of the Arizona Diamondbacks), Minor league baseball, Salt River, Light Rail Transit and many places and outlets to shop. There is great food, drinks and dancing all around. Not to mention great music venues year round.
Salt River Tubing Season will kick off on April 25, 2015. Choose from a 2, 3 or 5 hour float trip, depending on current water flow conditions and weather.
Ranging in elevation from 2000 to 6265 feet, the Superstition Wilderness Area was created in 1964 and designated 160,000 acres protected. The Superstitions offer tons of hiking from recreation to technical rock climbing, mountain biking and horseback riding.
The best hiking months are from October to March; however, during the summer, being well prepared and with plenty of water you can explore the beautiful area in the early morning.
Mesa is also a nice destination for you to explore Sedona, the Grand Canyon, the White Mountains, Tucson, Ghost Towns, Indian Ruins, Phoenix Zoo. The list is endless.
We went for Spring Training. Access to the freeway was convenient, we were close to many Spring Training facilities but yet the home was tucked away in a clean, quiet, friendly neighborhood close to an Albertsons. The home was amazing. It was clean, living room was beautifully decorated with plenty of room for movie night, cards/games with tile floors. The kitchen was large enough for all 10.5 of us. Everything we needed was there. The bedrooms fit us all comfortably. We had access to the garage to park a car. The home owners could not have been more accommodating. We visited in mid March, the pool isn't heated but that did not stop the kids from swimming daily. The backyard was the best part. It had a high privacy fence, pool, tables and chairs, and the most amazing selection of trees. Fresh squeezed lemonade was made daily by the children. The grapefruit were picked fresh and enjoyed every breakfast along with several varieties of oranges for juice and to eat. Would love to stay again.
What a beautiful home. Stayed here with my family to enjoy some spring training baseball. A's 10 min away. Cubs 15 min away. Amazing pool. Wonderful owners. Great rate.
We recently stayed at the house for 3 nights for a guys weekend to include a lot of BBQ'ing, baseball, etc. The house was in great shape, has plenty of space (we had 6 and could have easily had a couple more), and was generally very comfortable. The owners spent considerable time with us when we first arrived ensuring we were good to go and were very responsive to our questions/requests over the weekend. If you enjoy citrus, this is the place for you as there is no shortage of (name your citrus) on premises. Would highly recommend and would return again.
Nice property with pleasant and helpful owners. They accommodated request for early arrival on first day and were available if needed. Large house and multiple bedrooms & baths accommodates multiple couples. We had 6 (three couples) and room for more. Enjoyed the citrus trees and fresh fruit and juice provided. Easy access to freeways for touring around PHX area. One recommendation would be to offer king bed in more than master bedroom.
